I suffer from extreme cranial, face, and back sweating. It's so bad, it's freaking embarrassing. I am often asked if it's raining outside if I go into a building. It just runs down my face, neck, and back. I have seen doctors who tell me to just keep a rag, or slow down. I sometimes have to change work shirts three times a day. I also have a personal fan that runs under the shirt. I also found out that Sony sells a personal AC that sits on your back called the Reon. I went out hunting with my cousin in January. We had a very steep hill to walk up. It was 23 degrees outside. At the top of the hill, my head was soaked in sweat. My cousin was joking and saying how in the world are you sweating so much? I have even seriously considered moving far up north to a colder environment.

Wow, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry!
