i used organic apple cider vinegar instead i mixed it on my shampoo and my conditioner i put more organic apple cider vinegar and shake the bottle of shampoo and also the conditioner aswell within few days dandruff its gone

I use minced garlic and onion dilluted in coconut oil. I massage it in my scalp and leaves it for about 10 to 15 minutes before I take a bath in the morning. I do use head and shoulders to get rid of the smell though . I repeat it at night before going to bed for 10 days. It works for me the dandruff is gone. However I continue to do this ritual twice a month just to maintain until now and thankfully it hasn't come back.

For me, dandruff is a part of my life, it is very noticeable because of my dark hair. Which is much worse because people will point it out and say, "ew wash your hair more." Or "just get head and shoulders." Anyways it is 110% impossible to get rid of dandruff in a day or even week. Trust me I've tried selsum blue, head and shoulders, off brand products, etc. But for me the best option was medical shampoo and conditioner for eczema. Now I also have keratosis pilaris for a very long time which means dry skin, and all that b.s. So even though I don't follow this daily, (clearly very forgetful) I was prescribed a medical lotion called Bioderma which helps alot and for dandruff I got this very good shampoo and conditioner separately from the same company for 10 dollars each, and they were hypollenergetic and free of harmful chemicals, and it didn't help me get rid of it which takes alottt of timmeee,, but it helped it soothe my scalp and didn't itch at ALL , which for me is heaven, MY BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION IS TO SEE A DERMATOLOGIST!!👩‍⚕️

Dandruff is caused by a yeast (fungus) overgrowth in the gut (Candida). This is usually caused by antibiotic use which destroys the gut flora which allows the yeast to grow out of control. Your diet plays a HUGE role in how bad your Candida (fungus) is. Stay away from a high carb and high sugar diet. Stay away from seed oils (canola, soy, peanut, etc). Lastly, Listerine works fabulously for clearing scalp dandruff in less than a week. Sometimes even just a day or 2. This is because Listerine is highly anti-fungal. Just mixed some coconut oil (1 tablespoon) with a half of lime/lemon juice...rub it on your scalp for 15-20 and your dandruff will be gone (by the third application). Rinse with regular shampoo after and follow it with a good conditioner to moist/hydrate your scalp. Good luck everyone!

If you ever experience dandruff for a long period of time such as myself you will know that dandruff just doesn’t go away with one hair product you have to keep changing it up a bit to kill the fungus and dryness of your scalp. Another I don’t understand how this man is making any money off these products. Does he own them all? Does he own a percentage of stock in all these products that he has shown in the video? I recommend equate dandruff shampoo. I've tried selsen blue and head & shoulders and both had minimal results. Equate reduced the flaking to the point where i could brush my hair in public.

I mix a 3 tbs of listerine and 1 cup of rosemary/lavender tea with mane and tail shampoo, or hypoallergenic baby shampoo. I soak my hair with water and listerine, then wash with the prepared shampoo. Problem gone. I also apply organic goat milk to my scalp instead of hairspray or other oils to fix my hair. Very happy because my case of dandruff was very bad, my scalp was in pain, my hair damaged, I had to cut it. Thank God for Listerine and herbs, can't wait for my hair to grow nicer. Nothing ever worked, so much money wasted on useless shampoos. Plus talk about the most refreshing shower. 😜

It all depends on how much dandruff you have. I had a little dandruff and I would get it everyday so I only did it one time and it stopped for like months. But if you have a lot and it is really bad then I would say just do it about 1 or 2 times a week until you see the results. I would recomend you doing it on a friday night if you are not going out for the weekend because it will leave a fresh smell. But I mean I've done it on a sunday night and the next day I have school so it is up to you.

You are trying to kill yeast infection on scalp. rotate vinegar, peroxide, listerine every 12 hours or so. do fingernails, and other areas of the body where this eczema looking condition occurs. Your body Ph was off to allow it to thrive - you must balance your Ph - I'd try those 'pro biotic' drinks.

Kamal Clifton it's a yeast infection [ Yeasts, specifically Malassezia furfur, are the pathogenic agents in Pityrosporum folliculitis. M furfur has been linked to several skin diseases ] it will adapt to the first cure. I actually got great result with a combo Peroxide and Teatree for scalp from Walmart. Once you start thinking Fungus, okay... I started 'rinsing' after shampoo really good, THEN blow dry that crown area really good - avoid wearing the ball cap set back on my head and I also went out in the Sun and got a dose of UV [it was 105 just after noon in June south of Tucson Az - dose of Sun]. After months of trials - when I learned it's a fungis I beat it with 3 applications. Peroxide baby! Why pay more, Vinegar.
