Hi thanks for good video ! , I have problem, if i export my movie, then i have black window around the movie , its not fullscreen export it? Also in my preview window (its a black window around my movie ) How can change into full screen export ? My original footage is fullscreen 4K movie , thanks for help , Lucius

wth, I used the in and out and instantly my video started exporting properly! I've used premiere on and off for years and I can't believe that simple tool helped me out!!!

I tried the i and o marker at the end and beginning of my timeline...didn't work. It encoded for 43 minutes and then came up with 0 bytes in the file. Any suggestions, anyone?

Great video mate! I have a question, after exporting the video only during the first few secondes the video will play and after that the screen "freezes" but the next shot will appear and will also be frozen in time. Looks like I'm looking at an powerpoint presentation. Any tips maybe? Thanks in advance!

I have 24fps camera footage and then 30fps 4K drone footage but every time I export the timeline the camera footage is fine but the drone footage is very glitchy like it has a frame rate of 3 I’ve been trying for hours and I’m so lost as to what to do now and have just given up

Can you explain to me this? I get finished editing my video, i export it, i go to view the video, and its completely screwed like only 5% of the picture in the video is even watchable

@Luruns so I figured it out apparently do the V2 pass thing (I forgot what it's approximately called), and then in general, check the first two boxes, that's what worked for me

which online platforms can I have the video exported with while having my laptop off, then export directly to KZbin but have the videos scheduled?

Asking for a lot there haha, I am not sure about having the laptop off, but Descript allows for direct scheduling onto almost all social platforms including KZbin, but it wouldn't be scheduled, it would just be added to public, unlisted, or private (depending on what you choose). You can also publish to platform directly from Premiere Pro, but again, can't have it scheduled out.

if you're talking about having the laptop lid closed with the display off, but still "on", I believe in the export window of premiere you should have an option to connect with your youtube account and export and upload straight from premiere

How long is the video? Have you tried to render just that selection before exporting (and then using previews when exporting)? It's hard to troubleshoot it all without all the context, but feel free to join the Discord and ask for more help there

I'm started to have issues when exporting my video.... the audio exports distorted ... Idk why that happens and idk how to fix it... I started editing the video in one PC computer, but then had to copy the project and continue it in a laptop, first in a PC laptop and then in a Mac, don't know why is exporting like that

Try exporting only the audio and see if it still comes out distorted. If it doesn't it may be a bug/issue with not enough power when exporting the video. If it does still, it may be a setting/export effect toggled on. If you join the discord I can help you troubleshoot more!

I film with my phone and when I export it's always in the same ration for my phone screen size and it will either have black bars on each side or it won't even be uploaded, any help with that?

There are so many things that could be happening in regards to the phone settings + Sequence settings + Export settings. You should join the discord and send over some images of your setup and we can help! Link in description

I’m new new to PP and I’ve been watching and reading anything I can that will help me to export a video that doesn’t say “This Effect Requires GPU Acceleration” in place of where my transition is supposed to be after export. Other settings will freeze up a quarter of the way into exporting and crash the program. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Any ideas?

Hey! 1. If you haven't solved this, join the discord and I will help you out! 2. Can you export just that section separately or does it have that issue still? If you set the in/out to just the few seconds of transition does it still do that? If it DOES export, then I would replace the section in the full video with the export to save the headache. Not a "real" solution, but Band-Aids it so you can get the project moving! If that doesn't work, I would need to look at other settings.

idk if you can help me with this issue? every time I try to export a project, my project keeps separating the audio from the video file and it gives me like 4 different files. One audio file a video file and one more vlc file and a file that look blank? Idk what my issue is because I have exported videos before and only get one project file like normally.

This is a late reply but when you see separate files being created, it suggests to me, its still encoding. It still needs to complete the task before you see the complete file.

Posting here because I'm simply out of ideas and I'm very frustrated right now. I'm using Premiere Pro CC version 23. I have an almost 26 minute video that I'm just trying to export. I built a new PC and everything should be working fine. Except here's the thing, I will watch the progress of the export which should take anywhere between 8 to 14 minutes depending on the settings I've used. I watch it get some where between 74 and 82% and then it just freezes. My fan revs down and my estimated time remaining just goes up. I've scoured the Internet. I've looked over my settings a hundred times. I've changed my export location. I've made sure to have plenty of space where I was trying to save it. I have even done an entirely new sequence and copied all my footage to that. Nothing works! And it's really annoying the crap out of me. I managed to export one video over night, but since I was asleep I don't know if it was doing the same thing there and eventually worked itself out. I also can't use Media Encoder because it wasn't installed. I never had this issue with CS6, but they took that away from me when I built this new computer. Adobe sucks, pure and simple and I hope they go out of business with their stupid subscription model! Anyway, if anyone has any sort of idea how on how to resolve this, I'm all ears. My brother, I've been there. Are you on the Creative Cloud or are you using a "perfectly legally downloaded" version? If on CC I would recommend that you try downloading Media Encoder. What error message are you getting when you export? What graphics card / processor do you have in your PC? Do you have hardware encoding turned on in your settings? There are so many things that can be causing it, its hard for me to give you a "This should fix it" answer. If you're still struggling with it, join our discord and I will help you figure it out!

@@SquidCrate Thank you for the reply. I wasn't expecting it lol. To answer your questions, the first one is the latter. There is no actual error message that shows up. It just reaches a point in export and then I think freezes. I left it alone over night once and came back. The percentage did go up a little I then went to work and came home and it went up even more, but it was taking too long. Yes, I have the hardware encoding enabled. CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x 6 core GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 Really have no idea why it does it. But I managed to find a solution. I installed version 22, re-edited my footage, and was able to export with the exact same settings I was using before with no issue at all. Took like 10 to 15 minutes and it was done. I had also changed my scratch disks so the video and audio previews matched the project location. After that was done I went back to version 23 and changed my scratch disk to that just to see if anything changed when exporting. Nope, still had the same issue as before. So not really sure why that is, but at least version 22 works fine and I can use that. Maybe version 23 wasn't properly installed. It never show up on my list of programs in control panel. It does have a folder in Program Files though. Anyway, I appreciate you reaching out and offering help. If I have any issues again, I'll be sure to drop by the Discord. Have a good one! :)

Its really hard to tell you exactly what may be happening without seeing more info, but it sounds like an export issue for sure. Have you tried re-exporting or did you only do it once? Are there crazy effects on the video or very basic? I can help more if you join our discord and post some info!

I export an hour and a half podcast, but it only exports 3 quarters of it. I did the in and out right. How do I fix this?

I can't really give a "this is the problem" without seeing the actual settings. It may be Premiere running into an error during export depending on how hard your computer is running during it. It also could be a size issue for the files. Feel free to join the discord and share some more information!
