I love this video, here is a tip about affirmations. refrain from them being based on any physical reality and more about reinforcing positive self talk and self perception. exercising your internal voice(s). Some of my favs are: "My aura is immense and radiant" "joy and gratitude is my default energy" "I advocate for myself through care and action" "I am the love of my life" "I am blessed with seeing the fruits of my labor" don't "lie" to yourself, just affirm positivity and forward thinking.
