Amazing channel, I have been home the entire weekend watching these videos. A quick one; what is the difference between a stop loss order and a limit order?

there are four types of order 1) market order : it means if you place market order your order will execute at that point when you place it, for example, stock apple is trading at 150$ right now and you select market order then your order will on the place at 150$... 2) limit order : it means you can enter the desired price for the execution of order...for example if apple is trading at 150$ and you want to buy it on 148$ then simple select limit order and enter 148...so when the price will come at 148 your order will get executed automatically... 3) stop-loss order : with this order, you can set price for minimum los..for example you placed an order for buy at 150$ and you thought you can take risk of maximum 5 dollars..then place stop-loss order at 145$ so if your analysis goes wrong and price goes down..then maximum loss you bear will be 5 dollars per share..same you can do with target order... hope you will understand sir...

My Suggestion Tite Stop loss Not at all good .... Why Because if you are keeping small SL it may hit immediately. If you are having a full confident on current trade which you taking its going in your direction Saty long Based on your technical indicators....If the trading going opposite to your prediction Just exit with out any sentiments Just exit immediately hardly you lost Brokerage charges .Strongly remember Only one to two good trades enough in a day if you fully confident on you are in right direction. Dont think too much about sl just think about you are in right direction or not because trend is your friend.

I am not sure if stop loss hunting can be done on index. The reason being the buy and sale of nifty futures and call/put is not driving the index up or down. It is the underlying price of the each index participants is moving the index up or down. It is possible that the hunting can be done on open Interest of future or option ...
