Good tip on the single arm swing and snatch. I've had back injuries and am sensitive to anti rotation, I usually just stick to two handed and double bell exercises.

I laughed pretty hard at the expression you made with the turkish get up mistake. I definitely had that same look when I went heavy and completely went blank realizing I've gotten myself in a situation.
