"Looking forward to meet you next week" is the correct one. Not "Looking forward to meeting you next week". Since we already used 'ing' form at the start of the sentence.

may I know why regarding to is wrong ?

Hi El! Good question. I think a lot of people use "regarding to" because they have seen the phrases "with regard to" and "in regard to" so often that when they use the synonym, "regarding", they also add the preposition "to". However, it is not grammatically correct to use any preposition after "regarding". I hope that answers your question and thanks for watching!
