I tried it out, it looks very promising! Only problem I had is that I can't place fields at the bottom of the page where the TREC contract has places for buyer/seller initials.

I will have to look into that but I think there are two different types of text boxes and one is more limited than the other. But if it is an issue I'm sure there is a workaround or GHL will fix it in the future. They are really good about fixing any issues pretty quickly
