In each corner of the duvet cover there should be two strings that are stitched in. Use those to wrap around or if the duvet inserts have loops you can use the string to secure the duvet insert to the duvet. To properly distribute the inserts turn the duvet inside out. Tie each corner and then “pull the duvet over both securing the top two corners to the inside of the duvet. You can find several videos online.
