Super Fuzz! I recently got to grips with the with boost mode and it's really quite nice.

@Budget Pedal Chap for sure. The only Behringer pedal I've not gelled with is the ns‐2 clone, and that's a mixture of user error and the fact i don't tend to play with a lot of gain

Cuvave had it for me for sure, only recently been converted to fuzz after really not liking most fuzz pedals for decades, I like the more spluttery style ones the most and that seemed to come closest and maintained a decent amount of clarity. 👍

Yeah, that was part of the reason it made this list. I wanted to have a range of different fuzz textures at an affordable price and these ones all ticked that box ❤️

my fave setting on the sf-300 is the fuzz2+boost mode full fuzzy tone that brings the mids back! and octaves for days! keep playing with that plastic switch and get it inbetween!

@@BudgetPedalChap makes your guitar sound like a car or big truck when cranked might take a bit of fiddling to get it right but you'll know when its on, loud and ballsy!

What's the build quality like on the rusty fuzz compared to the cheap joyo pedals (ultimate drive)? I'm wanting a fuzz, but wasn't massively happy with the cheap joyo pedal's quality.

The Tom's Line S and G fuzz faces are a great bargain for solder slingers, their perceived faults are usually down to replacing a resistor or 2 for different values. Similarly the Cuvave is easy (yet fiddly) to mod with a bias control pot so you get both versions in one and it's thereafter an actual Zvex Wooly Mammoth. Out of the box tho the Rusty Fuzz is a fantastic copy of the Boss FZ-3

For me Rusty Fuzz do not sound like Hendrix, much more like Sabbath or Jimmy Page. Which pedal i need for "Manic Depression" or "Foxy Lady" tone?

Hendrix would run his fuzz into an already cooking Marshall amp. You'll probably get close by running the cuvave or the rusty into a dirty amp 👍

I've got the Dolamo fuzz, it's a great pedal and it's extremely affordable, you should check those out

@@BudgetPedalChap I heard it's the Caline Puffer fuzz which is based more on the fuzz face, so from what I understand it's basically a fuzz face but with a tone knob. I've owned a number of different Dunlop Fuzz Face pedals over the yrs and this sounds as good as any I've had. I also use the Dolano distortion (black one) as my base tone which is based on the Caline Englishman, it's basically a JTM45 in a stimpbox as far as my ears are concerned. They are great affordable pedals imo

The EJ uses high gain silicon transistors, so the closest would be rusty fuzz from this list. If it's still not quite getting the amount of drive the EJ gives, you could push the front end with a boost pedal maybe?

@@saintbodhisatva fuzz is one of those effects where you have to accept that things will get extra noisy and just run with it. It's ultimate chaos but really fun too
