Legs, rock body back, arms ….. it’s the reverse as you come back up the slide. Key is to keep movement fluid… so it’s one continuous motion from the catch to the finish….. drag factor will depend on weight & what you’re trying to do….. nothing wrong with having a high drag factor if you are low rating on long pieces…. though for 2k comps you’ll rarely see anyone be with it above 7…. even the heavyweight Olympic guys…. most I know have it around 4-6 as a general ball park.

Sorry, you have it exactly wrong. Technique hardly matters. What matters is doing it. If your admonitions regarding technique discourage even one person, they are counterproductive.
