Another word not mentioned in this video is 熱衷/热衷, which means to be very fond of (usually for hobbies, personal passions, or causes that are meaningful to oneself). It often uses the postposition 於/于, but doesn't necessarily have to. ex: 我熱衷於溜冰。 - I am very fond of skating. ex: 他只是熱衷個人名利。 - He only craves personal fame and gain.

I think there is also 菜 ("dish"), as in : 我很喜欢她，可惜的是，我不是她的菜。 "I like her, but unfortunately, I'm not here type" So 我不是她的菜 is something like 她不喜欢我.

Can somebody explain why at 16:00 in the first sentence after 突然 there's 一下, I thought you can only use it after verbs

I think that this 一下 is the same as 一下子, which means "suddenly", and appears before the verb. So this 一下 is the same as the sentence's 突然, which also means "suddenly". ( I find that in Chinese, it's not unusual to state the same thing two times with different words. )
