Due to the nature of curly hair the only way you could remove shrinkage completely would be by straightening your hair. So if there were such thing as a curl lengthener then I guess it would be a mini weak hair relaxer

o King Ja o try using essential oils I have 4c hair and it works for me. I use 3 essential oils + extra virgin olive oil, put some drops in a spray bottle mixed with water and use that everyday when I wake up and go to sleep.

Don’t use water, use ur hands and just keep on playing around with it, pulling at the roots and you can also try shaking your head to loosen up the roots. If it’s still flat, use a pick - BUT do not put the pick through your curls, just pick up your roots and stop after about a few inches.

Use a spray curl refresher or spray leave in conditioner. Water alome will make it frizz. Spray your whole head with a leavein/curl refresher and let it sit for a min or 2. I then shake my head side to side, front n back to flip the curls around too, lossen them up. Then, you can start using your hands to manipulate it/ fix the curls into place, if necessary.
