nappy is the definition of tangled matted hair. the word “nappy” is used to diminish ones hair. However, you are right. His hair is not curly, it is COILY learn the difference. You expect 3c curls when it comes to adding product to hair. That will not be the case when it comes to type 4 hair. The hair will react in away that presents coils.
