Hi debt to income has another side effect too as it inflate prices literally to infinity. Bcz prices depend on buying power and with easy loans everyone has literally infinite buying power Cause of divorce is MONEY SHARING (communal assets law). If I get to keep mine & she hers & we chip in equally into household work, bills & rent, atleast money will never come b/w us.
