"I'm an adult and I can redo hard things." I need that kind of confident self talk🤯

Thanks for this! Nice knowing that even the most outwardly confident people get stuck in negative headspaces sometimes.

I said this in Brooklyn and I'll say it again: thank you for your willingness to be open and vulnerable with your viewers. So encouraging to hear these words and I feel like I have applied your bits of wisdom to my life many, many times. My go to pep talk these days is "I can do hard things." Thank you Caleb 😊

Thank you for this - as someone who has taken a huge next step in their business and signed up to be in a book the imposter syndrome feelings and negative thoughts have been hitting like a fire hose - This message is exactly what I needed to hear. THANK YOU!! ❤️🥰

I just wanted to say that I’ve been in a similar situation too! I’ve also found that taking a step back has been useful because I realize “oh, this isn’t a big deal”, but if I was to teach someone else to do it, I don’t think I could 😂

YESSS, love this mindset! Also You have such amazing energy, any room would be lucky to have you! As a public speaker who does corporate presentations it can be so damn mortifying when it feels like an audience won't engage or they rather be elsewhere. I remember I can only control what I can control (being enthusiastic, doing my best to ask and be upfront about wanting engagement, doing what I said in the agreement) and the rest is up to them, out of my hands!

Your hair looks really good. Leave that anxiety in your 20s, babe. Your 30s are your time to be fabulous!

To be honest, if I was there I can tell you at first I would be so nervous and so worried that people are looking at me or I’m doing the moves wrong. Some times I think I nailed the moves then there are days where I’m like you look like one of those inflatable men at the car dealerships 😂. At first I wouldn’t dance in front of my kids but now I don’t care. I just need to find the courage to dance in front of others
