Stop the BEEPS and ALARMS on Bosch WAP24261AU/02 Maxx6 front loader washing machine

There are many different Bosch front loading washing machines and they all have slightly different ways of silencing their irritating noises. This is an Australian model, the WAP24261AU/02. I ad to do a lot of research to figure this out, so I hope this video helps to end some very rude interruptions!

It's actaully 240V here, just to blow it out a bit more... I think they just follow the 220V Euro standard. I don't know why they feed so much power in.

@@gearfacts Actually, correction on both of us, it is 250V lol! Even higher! But yeah, I never understood why so much power for things that can be powered with less. The thing that gets me is how in Australia you guys still only have 10A as the standard maximum residential amperage rating for sockets and switches. It is less than the UK and US, and mind you, UK is 13A which is still LESS. I plugged in a used a mitre saw on a 13A fused plug circuit from the UK and my saw stopped working after a few cuts. As did my microwave! Fuse blew. Turns out the microwave and saw both require 12A to run for repeated periods of time and after a while of use, the 13A fuses would overheat and blow. Or the circuit interrupter would overheat and trip, in the case of trailing sockets. Funky stuff! In the USA we use both voltages at 15A or 20A standard with higher capacity appliances requiring a minimum rating of 20A at either 125 or 250V. So yeah our washers require 20A circuits here. The motor which works with a LOAD against it(not free spinning), and the solenoid which requires a current draw of 12 to 13A inrush, is what eats the current on the washer. So it is amusing and fun to see other voltages and amperage on appliances outside the USA/Canada. How you guys do it, I do not know, but it has to be magic!
