Okey soheil but... The volume is not an indicator that comes from the future to our present, the volume is an effect of the transactions at the current or present time. We need to analyze the book order and open interest to see the real liquidity void or liquidity pool and to take the consideration to get the trade. @8:59 you'll notice at the point of breakout the liquidity drops. Its the absence of liquidity that causes large price momentum, volume is just an after effect of that momentum. This was a challenge for me when I first started trading, there are certain things you can do to identify the point of pivot by analyzing the delta which becomes relatively neutral absorbing both bids and offers at the same price area.
@SoheilPKO2 жыл бұрын
Yes that's part of the pattern formed on the chart. If you're familiar with triangle pattern so you know how it develops. I have a complete guide to chart patterns, every detail is explained, this is the link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aau9enpvetCid7M

seriously, i am confused with "absence of liquidity that causes large price momentum". does it means there's no liquidity at a certain price range therefore i offer a higher price for it to get a transaction, therefore momentum increased?

This has an error in the description. The Colouration of the volume histograms is not to be taken as Selling and Buying volume by virture of colour alone. The Colour represent magnitude and the comparison with the volume of the previous period. SO it is incorrect to say a red coloured volume bar is selling Volume and a Greeen coloured one as seen here is that related to buying volume. This is mis-information. a re means it has less volume than in the previous period and a green means it has more that the previous. Consequently the Volume for both bullish candles and Bearish Candles can be coloured as red or Green depending on the comparative volumes that were recorded on each when adjacent.😇🙏

why does high volume not reflecting in the candlestick in some cases, where the candlestick is small in conjunction with its volume being 400% above average volume ?
@SoheilPKO5 ай бұрын
It depends on the market how they drive the price. Most of the times when the smart money is flowing in the market (large money from institutional traders), we don't see any considerable change in the price in the form of long candles.

No don't look at the market cap. You should add the volume indicator and it will be shown below the chart. Not every exchange provides volume data, but for example Binance provides. Just choose Binance and add volume indicator to your chart.

Does the color of the volume bar only reflect the color of the corresponding candle? Will there ever be a volume bar that is a different color than the candle on the same day? For instance the price increased but there was not alot of volume/sales ? Thank you.
@SoheilPKO Жыл бұрын
Yeah the color reflects the color of the corresponding candle how it's closed. But please pay attention that if for example you see high volume of green, it doesn't necessarily mean bullish, and being bullish or bearish depends on the candle. For example the candle maybe a shooting star closed in green and so the volume bar, but it's a bearish candle, so that volume shows selling pressure.

Most of the youtubers who teach, actually teach at 150 miles per hr as though if they don't get thru in 10 mins, it will cost them $10,000 (sarcasm). Also, you didn't take a breath or stop with a period when explaining. It was a continuous flow on non-stop talking without slowing down or stopping at a period. You didn't explain what the low volume candles meant in a trend...etc and what to do or what to expect. I personally, didn't like the video. Especially the speed at which you taught and the fact that you never paused or took a breath. Thanks for you time though!
