This is just for fun- I went to jr. high and high school with Frankie Valli’s daughter and spent many an after school afternoon in their rec room with a jukebox listening to his 45 records mixed into the other popular music. Every time you mention him I always think of my friendship with that family!

Over Barnegat Bridge and Bay!!

This is very awesome thanks for this video! Some people say you have to attend Dr Dispenza's week long advanced retreat to actually get results but I'd much rather use my vacation time to go someplace else. There has to be a way to do this on my own without attending one of his retreats

You definitely don’t have to. I know too many people who healed at home and then went to the event to tell their story. You’re all good! The events are still amazing though, but you don’t have to be there. 😁

@@vektheartist Oh thanks so much that's awesome to hear!! Do you know if these people stuck to using Dr Joe's guided meditations or did they eventually meditate on their own? I do prefer his guided meditations as they keep me focused for longer periods.

@@alicedrinkwater6165 A lot of kept using Doc's work, but some also did unguided. I've experimented with unguided myself too. Though granted I've listened to Doc so much that technically he's still guiding me in my subconscious when I do it by myself.

@@alicedrinkwater6165 Some still do guided by Doc and some do it unguided. I still prefer the guided even though I've unguided for things like change my personality.

Thank you for this. I can say for myself in working to overcome a very fearful health challenge for me, that I am doing everything humanly possible (w/ physical diet etc and trying to meditate) within my means to help my body. I go between total fear, worry to some moments being "ok" but those are much less. When you said to let go, it makes me think about why I feel the need to "grip" the fear I have so tightly ?! I just feel gripping overall with this problem like its almost impossible to stop thinking about it because I'm so worried. and If I consider "letting go completely" then I think maybe it will get worse some how. I don't know. Your video is thought provoking.

Can someone say what he means by healing his hair?
@andreayaya7 ай бұрын
He said at one time he was starting to experience "male pattern baldness" and was upset about it. He gave it over to the Divine and began to love and appreciate his hair instead of see it as a "problem". The situation was healed/resolved. :)
