Really likes this meditation to start the day. Usually the first second (literally!) when I wake up the eye symptoms and other programs start running and this was a good interrupt. 🙏🏼❤️

I really like this meditation,but the music is too loud. It makes it hard to understand your words and makes it hard for me to relax. Do you have another with quieter music?
