@@tonimcdaniel9110try and do things that make you happy. Understand that this is about phase and this too shall pass. Listen to music, go for walks. Admire nature, smile at babies and dogs. And practise gratitude. Be grateful for what is. Eat good food and move. Dance, sing, cook or get creative. Happy healing.😊

This meditation video I discovered in a midst of prolonged emotional and mental turmoil I had been enduring in my personal life. This video enabled me to find my inner peace and guidance. I felt so blissful, tranquil and protected after so long. I started taking necessary steps to move towards my wellbeing. This meditation literally saved me from the incessant chatter in my mind. Prior to this video my problem looked like an insurmountable obstacle. I want to thank the Mindful Movement team and Sara for her very comforting voice. Her voice has been my only companion in my situation imposed aloneness. I am very grateful, as this channel essentially saved my life. May everyone be blessed and discover peace and bliss!

Tears are still running over my face. This meditation really helped me to come into the feeling. I was paralyzed before and didn't know what to do. My friend died by suicide two weeks ago and this seemingly shocked me. I'm so grateful that I can let the feeling out now...thank you!👩🏼

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been struggling for several months now with my own fears, pains, worries and stress and this is the first time I can breathe again. It made me realize how profoundly I DESERVE a life of PEACE and SERENDIPITY. How I deserve to take the time to love myself always and heal. To live a life without my overthinking and pain. This was the longest meditation I have ever done and it was incredible. During it I felt so present and able to tune in to my breath. I felt the relaxation and I felt the healing energy throughout my body. And for the whole day I have had this incredible clarity and ability to focus on each and every task. Thank you so much for creating such a useful resource for us. I've been meditating with you for over a year now and today it feels like it has finally clicked in my mind and body.

Dear Sarah, I have been looking for a meditation for a long time but could not find the One, which would be mine. A week before I started my cancer treatment, I found your video. It helped me to reduce the pain caused my stress, it helps me to concentrate on my aim- to be healthy again and enjoy the life. Doesn’t matter how bad I feel, I watch/hear the video and it is exactly what I need during my this special journey. I want to thank you for the work you do!! It’s enormous, it’s healing though I was always sure I would never be able to meditate! Stay healthy and thank you once again!

Thank you! I am SO sick of having pain and problems in my life. My health was destroyed 15 years ago by a medical mistake. I don’t want to live half a life anymore! I felt this one change me even just a little bit. 🙏💕

@@mamtaupadhyay8652 ,I try my best to Pray and persevere and encourage.I breathe ,b-r-e-a-t-h-e into my lungs with intent,because so many times I'm not breathing through my 👃 nose properly.Hope this can help another.After all,I recall breathing properly during childbirth; and it really does make a difference.😄🙏

I know these healing meditations are helping me with my stage four lung cancer and go to sleep with Sara’a soothing voice. When I wake extremely early I use this morning meditation To talk to my cells and to ease my pain. Thank you So much. Also love the Yoga Nidra meditation and indeed all the Mindful Movements meditations so will now start the day with the Morning one for gratitude and positivity as I watch the sunrise over the ocean. I think for those of us who actively study and practice meditation, there is always something new to be learned and a new way to expand our consciousness. This book gives us the opportunity to do just that.

I have had two family deaths during covid19 and have suffered other very difficult situations in my life. I also have a disability. This medication really helps me relax and calm down. I try to listen to it every morning. Thank you 🙏🙏

Blessings! The bio states that the purpose of this meditation is to connect with and activate your Inner Healer. However, there were very few comments about this. Most were about how relaxing it is. I realize that energy affects everyone differently. I'm going to listen to this today. I suffer from advanced Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, chronic neck and lower back pain etc. I am open and receive this healing! Namaste

This is one of my favorite meditations I practice. It’s such a great guide and the build up of positive energy in my body is profound. I am literally sitting at a mechanic shop with headphones in and was still able to reap the benefits of it. Ohhhh, my gosh😱. I just came across this exceptionally transformative meditation this morning and, in a word, phenomenal❣️ I have suffered with daily migraines for 20+ years and, most recently (the past 5 years) bulging and torn discs in my back. I am completely against having any surgery and have been trying everything else that will my body will respond, positively, to. My body responded profoundly to THIS meditation! I am actually on my way to a Dr. appt. shortly (hypothyroidism) and will have my blood drawn. I will be very curious to see the results as I literally felt a major shift in my body. Thank you for sharing your gift with us, Sara...your calming energy is a wonderful healer🥰

I have an undiagnosed health problem. I have a lot of uncertainty about my future and therefore a lot of fear. I’m under a lot of stress. Your meditation is a blessing. Thank you for all your videos, Sara and Les. While I was listening to this particular one today, I had my eyes closed and eventually felt calm and at peace with not only myself but with everything. I also kept visualizing of being on a great hill under white fluffy clouds and all around me were big beautiful daisies, which I assume might indicate many happy suns. It was utterly mindful and brilliant. Thank you so much.

Sara and Les, I would also like to mention that because of your fine channel, I've finally come to realize that peace and calmness must come from within. I've spent most of my life thinking others could bring me joy and happiness when all along, it was already inside me but I didn't realize it until listening to many of your videos. This was absolutely profound💜 I connected with my body in a way that I have never felt before. It brought tears to my eyes, tears of joy and so much love. This had just helped me sooo much this morning after a morning of crying and not knowing why , I felt my mood drop from Friday but cannot put my finger on why it keeps hsp .. I’ve blamed all the usual my mental health , family , boredom , etc I cdbt see the link for the night time one .. would appreciate if someone csn share the ngt time link if they use it . If your mood comes and goes ,means your brain is out of dopamine..to fix that forever you have to change what food you eat as it depletes your dopamine..you tube this..I changed my diet to clean natural eating and my depression is gone..❤🇨🇦

I suffer because of a virus infection and it strikes every time when my immune system is weak. My boyfriend sent me link to one of your meditation and this is how I started my adventure with you. I use self healing meditation, meditation for sleeping and others related to my fears and anxiety. It really helps especially when I have a lot of stress in my life. Thank you
