I'd be careful by saying candlesticks lie. Although, I understand that you're trying to educate the newcomers to the trading world. I'd actually say the opposite. Price action is real, and the other types of price representations are made to simplify or compress price; most of them just aim to show trends better. However, in the act of simplification, these types can be the true LIER, as opposed to price action being as raw as it gets. Nonetheless, what you're teaching here is very valuable from a strategy and execution planning POV. I watch all your videos, man, I love to see your success. Your video on making $50k a month as a basis really motivated me to aim for this goal, too. Currently at ~$9K/m from trading and about $12K/m from my day job, so I have a long way to go. Usually heiken ashi is used as confirmation candles, but I think it should be reversed, for breakout trading. Use regular candles to confirm entries, but heiken ashi for trend

Renco sets all your candles to predetermined percentages, if you have it set to 1% then every pip you see is worth 1% It gets rid of all the background noise even further than hieken ashi... Edit: you showed what you called a breakout at 6 mins, that was a discusting example, if you followed the current trend line it showed that was not a good entry at all

Fun fact Heikin Ashi's invention is attributed to a Japanese rice trader born in the 1700s and you can trade rough rice futures still to this day but the price action looks like the rice: rough.

The pull backs are most important to make money. If you can not read the pull backs, the wicks etc, you better stop trading. Candle sticks give you a lot more info.

I like to use HA once I am in a trade to help keep you in it. You just have to be careful once price hits a key level as HA doesn’t show you the actual real price, it can start to turn against you before you realize it. So at that point I might switch to regular candles. But overall I think they are great.
