Hello, thank you for the video. In your opinion, what is the best AI Image Generation platform for "Character Consistency". The biggest problem I have with Midjourney is "Character Consistency". I want to create a story, so I need the same characters in different poses, postures, and clothing throughout the story. As of right now, Midjourney is absolutely horrible at that. Is Krea any better or is there some other platform that is capable? I'm no AI Scientist, but I have to admit I found it quite ridiculous that the AI can generate creative images, but can't take an already established image (like a shirt) and put it on an already established character.

Running things locally is where it's at. That's what we need. Subs aren't really going to work for most. Foocus, ComfyUI, etc... no subs, credits, nothing of the sort. Generate all day and night at no cost other than the initial hardware. Many of us have machines that work well running locally.

Yeah.....once u stated 1 hour on renders w Kling vs 3-5 mins when using individually.....I was out. Money loves speed and is a big reason why I stick w MJ and Runway.

I haven't tried Krea yet, but from purely a technology standpoint, the slow rendering time currently on Krea may only be a temporary hurdle. Allow me to explain. Krea and many other platforms like it, are now what's called "AI Agregaters." The way they run their platform, is they internally purchase the licensing of each core AI model's API (i.e., Flux, Kling, etc.), and then they run all these AI API's, on their own hosted servers. Rendering time is purely dependant on how many hosted servers any given AI service has access to. Since Krea is just starting out, their own company's server access to run on there AI API's has a lesser capacity than the actual creators of the AI models. This bottleneck in Server capacity that process all AI rendering requests from users, can be sped up, the more money that Krea continues to invest in more Server capacity, as it converts their earnings from subscribers. They'll eventually get there, where they have the funds to scale up their Server farm. This is just a bump in the road. I understand some people may be annoyed at the 1 hour rendering, but it sounds like for now, this service is suited for exactly what this KZbinr said, light to medium duty usage, where the benefit is an umbrella subscription. I'd give it a year, and the more servers they add on to process more rendering requests, the faster the overall service will become.

Yes. The model training tool in Krea is awesome the two models I've trained so far look really good. The only problem is the models are closed system. I cannot download my lora or trained file for usage elsewhere.

Btw. I only use Kling for the merge. Running decently at standard mode with 0.75 creativity scale and a suitable prompt. 99% works with first try.

I occasional us Krea for upscaling but its image gen lacks many tools. you can't do image to image with Flux on Krea which I do a lot and image to video seams to takes an age so I still use Leonardo, Runway and Kling separately for that.

Genmo Mochi is the best. Just wait for the image to video to come out it will blow out all of these ai video gen to the water when it comes to being free. That one is free since you can install it locally. You can remove censorship so if you want spicy stuffs, it beats all generators as they have to censor stuff even if it's private use. Anyways, just my take.

I use runway 97% of my work 2.5% is minimax and 0.5% is kling AI but I have unlimited subscription for runway and mini max so I don’t bother myself with limitation. It takes me around 400 generations in runway to make an 2.5 minute video. If I were using KREA AI I would probably go broke just generating videos and I’m not talking about generating images.

I made a similar all-in-one choice for Krea over so many subscriptions. Question: Are you having it mistake innocent prompts and images -- even ones it creates! -- as NSFW? Also, can you share a link to how to use Krea for generative fill? Last comment, I've trained a model already; you will find it trains accurately but you will only be able to generate trained model images in basic Flux. (Ideogram and premium Flux models do not recognize the trigger name for my trained model, ignoring it or at least not recognizing it.)

Last month I generated 2100 pictures in midjourney. Using chat gpt prompts. Animating these in hailoui ai and making fusions with Kling ai. Monthly costs: 200€... Running 2 tik tok channels with 4 cent rpm haha. It's a plus for me ofc but Reducing the subscription costs is highly needed.
