Do the small things, these add up to big changes. - Take out sugary treats from your diet and replace them with healthier alternatives. For example sweet potato instead or normal potato. Brown rice vs white rice. Having meals with more vegetables etc - Walk everyday for at least 30 mins then gradually increase as you get fitter. As you get fitter make the exercise harder so you keep growing. - Don't eat meals late at night unless you absolutely have to. I do my best to cut of my food at least 2 hours before bed.

Love the video mate. I wish I could but I keep falling off the journey. Could you tell me what you eat and how often? Did you do intermittent? When would you go gym? Early morning 6am or 8pm? At gym first 1-2months could you recall what routine you had? I think it is the 1st week or month that is the toughest then it becomes the norm.

What I eat - High protein meals predominantly. I've cut out bread, pasta, rice and get most of my carbs from Rice cakes, sweet potatoes and wok noodles. How often i eat - three times per day (no snacks inbetween). I also only drink water, I don't drink juice, squash, tea or coffee. I did practice intermittent fasting during fat loss and still do till this day. I practice the 16/8 method. I fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour window. I workout everyday but for someone starting out I would suggest 4 to 5 times per week.

What time of the day is subjective, work out whenever you can make time for it. In regard to gym routine, I did my fat loss during the lockdown. Only started going to the gym when lockdown was over. By that time I had already gone from 127kg to 82kg just from walking for the first 2 months then running for the following six months.
