Brilliant Jean-Felix! This is a very special cocktail! The flavours are delicious! I have never had these dried out limes before! I am thrilled to learn what can be done with limes that aren't completely fresh! I buy too many at a time! Bad habit but I love to have limes on hand! Lemons seem more resilient. Do you find that as well, JF? I love learning and it's so fabulous to have amazing ideas of how to repurpose limes that have faded and are not fresh!! Thanks so much JF and I just love this spectacular Gin Fiz!! Hope you are well!! Cheers!!

That's the goal. To use the ugly ones instead of throwing them away. As long as you keep them in a cool and dry place in a sealed container, they can keep almost "forever"
