The Roche Limit is the distance from a planet (/star/other object with gravitational pull) that another planet only held together by its own, weaker, gravity will be disintegrated by the first planet's more powerful tidal forces. Put another way, it's the closest distance two objects that are dense enough to have a gravitational pull can get to one another before their gravity starts tearing one another apart before they even collide.

@@Memefan I...Just in case you're not joking, I'll explain. Pokemon was localized for North America by 4Kids Entertainment, notorious for censorship and the scrubbing of anything relating to Japan. Thus, a rice ball was infamously referred to as a jelly donut multiple times in a line said by Brock, reading as the localization team desperately trying to convince the North American audience that a food item they likely didn't recognize is actually something common; "These donuts are great! Jelly-filled are my favorite. Nothing beats a jelly-filled donut!"
