I could care loss how old some law-breaker is, or how many wars they "fought" in... it doesn't give them the right to park in dangerous areas, nor the right to attack citizens who are trying to make their city a better and safer place. They have every right to give a written notice of a complaint, of a sticker places on their illegally parked car. SADB are genuine heroes. I wish their movement would spread to America where we have as many idiots as they seem to in Russia. I'm always impressed at how many good Russian citizens come along to help out.
