In England and Wales every 30 seconds a call is made to the police about abuse.
2 Women a weeks are murdered due to domestic violence (Which increased to 5 women a week during lockdown)
1 in3 women report abuse at some point in their lives.

It's tough emotions. "My Mumma never loved me enough And Daddy's love was tough No,l never loved myself.." Growing up in the 70s and 80s,parents were a bit economical with the so much love we craved. We wanted to be pampered but they believed in the hard form of love...and life was not as manageable as it is today. Once l understood where our parents were coming from,l took it easy and appreciated them. I love Mel's honesty that someday she misses her ex. I have been wondering whether this guy never did anything good worth remembering amid all his wrongs.Now l know. Anyway,we all stay optimistic,love ourselves and keep God before all situations.
