Dude, this was awesome video. Thanks for narrating it the whole time. I wish other youtubers would do it like this. Show us what is being auctioned and if it was yours or your bidding on it. Then the final price and if you won. Then letting us know if you made or lost money on it. Thanks so much. It helps us so much. Looking forward to other videos like this if you continue to do these.the format is perfect. A lot of times it's hard to hear the auctioneer.

In my personal experience when my friend and I used to acquire auction storage units … it was about 25% of item were resell-able … and far majorityof the time we felt like we were paying the storage unit operators to haul away junk for them… add massive labor plus additional disposable costs

Good way to look at those auctions. Good way to move your not-so-hot-stuff and walk away with some cash and a lot less stuff. Lot of people get in a trap of overvaluing stuff, or worse, sitting on stuff they THINK must be worth a lot. Always better to have green cash in hand.

HI I use to go to that same auction on wed in Zepherhills for like 15 years i got some great stuff and sold it and also I consigned to Because I have a new vehicle and car payments I decided to liqutate my storage unit six months ago because instead of paying a monthly rent on junk I put that money towards my car payment so I suggest at all possible get out of your storage its eating away at profits Also I like the auction videos its like merchadise gambleing you paid x amount and lets spin the wheel or pull the arm to see how much you get sometimes you might hit tthe jackpot lol keep P AND P Don

They allow you to come preview the items 1 hour before start time. I ended up getting there late this day. I usually will comp a bunch of items that I’m interested in before the auction starts.

I am a LLC. I would recommend talking to your accountant to see what is the best setup for your business. They can set it up for you based on your individual needs. Thats what I did.
