Lilli of Norway, a fellow youtuber just got her channel hacked and deleted, which meant she had to start all over again! Maybe you would like to check her out? She makes beautiful content from the Norwegian countryside more up north than I am. I love this video for example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJPIeoiMotZgpNk

I absolutely love the perspective you've taken, comparing what happens in nature with what happens within our bodies... I am outside year round no matter the weather, and I have really been feeling that frozen and dangerous feeling this winter. But there is something magical about waterfalls and the movement of water that I think has the power to connect us to a much deeper part of ourselves that we usually can't touch... you've captured that in this video so beautifully! Thank you for sharing this story 💙 Much love from Canada.

Thank you for this wonderful video. That calmness while foraging you mentioned is something really special and I’m going to plant a herb garden this summer so I can tend to the plants while out in the sun. I understand that heaviness of winter, and finding ways to be outside in the middle of a winter rainstorm is just not something I really feel up to doing. Because our winters here are very, very soggy and it’s hard to stay dry, and the cold and wet get in past your clothes easily. So when it’s clear outside (doesn’t happen often) I like to go out for walks with my dog. I hope you feel better, and now that spring is very close I hope your spirits are lifting up. Take care Maria. Love to you from Canada 💖🇨🇦

María this video is so spectacularrrrr!!! I am in love with that place! Where I live there are waterfalls but never frozen (tropical Puerto Rico), and this is the very first time I have seen such a magnificent video of a frozen waterfall. That story sent shivers down my spine. It awoke memories from past lives. You are an angel. So happy to see your new life! Xoxoxo ~Saray from Jonna’s group! ☀️✨💛☺️

Maria, I found you from an article I read by Mari Jerstad. Stunning imagery, thank you. My blood is finally warming down here in Rogaland and the birch trees are starting to wake up. Would you consider making a video about birch tree water?
@Mariaandtheforest3 жыл бұрын
Thats so nice, Mari is very inspiring and knowledgable and I was lucky to be interviewed by her on Ugress. Is the radio program the article you are referring to or might there be another one I don't know about? I see the spring has reached those parts of Norway now! And yes, I am trying to put some old footage of birch tapping together, hopefully I will make it in time! Thank you for your suggestion.

The frozen waterfall and the space behind it reminds me of something. Random thought ahead. Based on that Bible story where they hide in the cave and a spider spins a web over the opening, I pictured someone hiding fugitives in a cave with a small opening, and having water run from a garden hose or something to form icicles over the opening, to give the illusion no one had gone through the opening for a long time.
