Today I tried reserving my rights while trying to renew my drivers license at the dmv here in WI. I wanted to add an addendum to my file stating that I reserve my rights, or that if that wasn't possible that I'd just sign the form with "all rights reserved" after my name. She said they wouldn't accept the form..so after talking with the supervisor who reiterated such I just left and said I'd research the issue.

@@Plissken68 i have a driver lic. but from what i have seen is you dont even need one to travel. driving is defined as for hired or commerce, driver lic required. What is DRIVER? One employed in conducting a coach, carriage, wagon, or other vehicle,with horses, mules, or other animals, or a bicycle, tricycle, or motor car, though not a street railroad car. See Davis v. Petrinovich, 112 Ala. 654, 21 South. 344, 36 L. R. A.615; Gen. St. Conn. 1902,

Having been a victim of civil asset forfeiture, it quite literally boggles my my, how otherwise decent people are willing to engage in such travesty. Me, personally... I don't care HOW much I'm paid, or what the pension plan is, or anything else. Ask me to go in my professional duty to screw someone and destroy lives, and I'll say no. There's something about being able to sleep at night that I value far more than a job or a pension. There's a special place in hell reserved for those that are "just doing their jobs". Yeah.. right. That's what the guards and commanders at concentration camps said.

Everything I have seen so far you are doing excellent work. Please don't turn into another American Criminal Liars Union ACLU. Year's ago Phoenix, AZ told an 80 year old woman's home that she lived in her entire life for a stadium in the downtown area. Oh the gave her enough to pay for a couple years in a nursing home. I am still furious about that.
