Omg you guys unlocked a memory. I remember in elementary school the school nurse checked everyone for lice. The girl who sat across from me ended up having lice so she left school and was gone for a couple of days. When she came back her hair was short and I remember vividly looking down at her desk and there was two little bugs(I didn’t know they were lice) so I called my teacher over. Immediately she sent her and I to the nurse and we both had lice. I guess she thought they were gone and came back to school.. but no.. she still had them and passed them to me 😭
