Bowlers like Frankie impress me more than most others bowlers out on tour. Not many like him with that kind of touch and so clean out of it. Shotmaker.

He’s going to be an all time great. He does great on snowman flooded conditions which means he’s very accurate too. 💯

Once you change the surface by using 1000 or 2000 grit, is there a number of games bowled before you need to redo it?
@browntrousersmoment Жыл бұрын
Yes, ball will be back to around 4k from lane shine after 3 or 4 games...

Could I resurface my Storm Fate to 2000? How much would that change that ball? New to this, learning in a league with medium to dry lanes

Anyone thinks Francois Lavoie will win this year's World Championship, if he does he'll be the 10th triple crown player.

2:11 - is that an insane amount of tape in his thumb? or a weird camera angle?

Have you ever done an actual test to demonstrate whether it's actually has an effect and if that affect is positive just seems a lot of like a lot of horoscopes to me and baseball players wearing the same underwear for a years
@Flo-zj9tg Жыл бұрын
It changes how early it starts to hook. Polished balls will react later and sanded balls will react earlier. Ball surface is a little more important when you are playing on weird oil patterns and need to make an adjustment. House shots have lots of oil tho so usually having something hook earlier is good. Asymms with mid to low grit are killer on house pattern (unless it’s already dried up.)

Trucut...much better than abralon!
@douglasbuck8986 Жыл бұрын
Like these better than abralon. Jost SG 6 Inch Foam Hook n Loop Sanding Discs. The original Abralon-type disc For surfaces such as Corian, Staron, Formica, Avonite, etc. as well as acrylic glasses and high gloss surfaces Perfect for bowling ball polishing These pads are the original German patented pad that Abralon, SiaAir and other pads are based on. These can be used for surface conditioning with a sanding performance far better than conventional paper abrasives in fine grades. Due to the special structure of the Jost UseIt Superpad SG and SG-2, solid surfaces like Corian, Staron, Formica, Avonite, etc. as well as acrylic glasses and high gloss surfaces can be sanded and polished with considerably fewer pads. With Superpad SG and SG-2, achieving a high polished surface on stainless steel and non-ferrous metals is possible in less time and better results. Constructed with a fabric face, foam center, and a H&L (grip) backing. Abrasive grains are bonded evenly to the fabric face. Openings in the fabric allow water, solvent and air to flow freely around the Abrasive. Provides for continuous dust extraction when using vacuum systems. Works especially well when sanding contoured surfaces, corners and edges. Open cell design holds large amounts of water or solvent for lubrication and cooling. Foam center also provides for even surface pressure that helps eliminate pressure point flat spotting. www.prosourcecenter.com/product/7001/jost-sg-6-inch-discs-u-pick-custom-grit-assortment/

I'm pretty sure those are the ones "CEO Ronald Hickland" re-brands as his Trucut CTD pads. Much better prices on your link.

@@TheInsaneShecklador That 2500 pad seems to act like the CTD P5000D pad........ could be me. I'm not against CTD - just the prices..... the pads are great. SOME pads are not available .... could be a business deal?
