Here in Falkirk somebodys blue bin is sailing down our road,We were in Morrisons at 8am and ten minutes later they decided to close the store,, a flat roof blew off in grangemouth. & the entire stone wall ..side of the Coop at Denny has collapsed ,no casualties so far, Stay safe everyone.

@ good evening Hazel. No storm yet here in Berlin. Was sunny early morning and then cloudy and now it’s raining. Was up to 7c here today. I have been watching a live stream from Manchester airport. The pilots are really good landing all the planes in this terrible storm. Hope that nobody got injured in this storm. I think it’s the worst storm I have ever seen in GB. Last year one storm followed by another and it seems to be the same this year. I hope not. You had no summer last year. Take care and stay safe and keep warm. All the best for you and your family. Thank you for going out to video the storm Stephen pleased to see it's only the bins that have been affected. The sea looks wicked with the foam looks like someone's overdone the washing powder. Amazes me that the Tower withstands the storms after all this time, guess regular maintenance is the key. Take care out there and keep warm hopefully you'll have a warm brew.😊😊😊

Evening steven it looks alot worse there in blackpool than here in wirral its been really sunny here it looked warm out till i went outside and the wind has been about 65mph quite strong here in south wirral but in westkirby its been abit choppy and on the mersey high tides on the mersey today the foam on the sand in blackpool lol it looks more like shaving foam its epic to look at most probably the salt blown up to the waters surface and no seagulls are gonna get fed today lol i think were in for a weekend of it thanx for sharing the storm in blackpool brilliant video ❤️✋😊👍🗼🏖️🌨️

It's just getting to 5pm here in Glasgow and it's getting slightly less windy. But it was really scary this morning and quite eerie as there was hardly any traffic on the streets,buses were cancelled as the winds got up to at least 80/90 mph. Hopefully everyone is ok. Had to edit this, it's six o'clock now and the winds are getting bad again.

What is wind anyway? Crazy how much stuff's invisible when you think about it... feelings, thoughts, emotions, heat, cold, air, sounds, atoms, electricity, etc, etc. When I was a kid, they used to say, if the weather was windy, "I bet it's bad in Blackpool! (i.e on the front)" lol :)
