Stormm didn't bait the burst. Kept going for the same combo but got hit by burst allowing you to loop the same stuff. If they fix that they could beat Prime. Also not 22EX without an opening. PenZ never supered once, it felt like you're holding the meter that you could use to super as a plan b and/or to condition the opponent.
