This is what everyone's childhood should look like and this is what family and love are all about. As a 20 year old dude in college, this takes me back, and it still get's me teary eyed. The MLP fandom was always a great escape from reality, and even though times for me were extremely tough back then (this video came out 2 months after my father's suicide, I was 13 at the time) sometimes I wish I could experience the joys of escaping reality to such a degree again, just for a little bit. No one will probably read this, but if they do, thank you for being a part of a community that brought me so much joys in my years of darkness.

I remember also tearing up while watching this as a child and escaping reality but it always left me with this sort of emptiness after watching, like one where I wish so badly that this could be a true reality thus never really allowing me to enjoy it.

This pulled so hard on my heart. Not only is it just a reminder that you can't hold onto things forever, but it also made me feel genuine physical sadness, knowing that I've gotten into this show and fandom far past it's peak of popularity. All the talented individuals coming together to make works of art, the hype for more content surrounding this beloved series, all of this I was somewhat aware of, but never got to experience for myself. This all reminds me of the fact that this animations serves as a reminder to me personally how much I love this series. There has never been anything in my entire life that has made me feel this way, and Dashie being used to demonstrate this just tears my soul apart. If there was any way I could bond over this with anyone, I would truly, truly appreciate it. Take care, if you've read this, and try not to feel too bad about missing out on past things. That was so beautiful. I cried like never before. I started watching MLP 9 years ago. And I've been obsessed with Rainbow Dash back then. When I walked home from school, I had fantasies of finding her randomly on my way home, and becoming best friends. For real. I spent a long time wishing for this to happen, I knew magic was not real, but I still had that "what if" in the back of my young mind. If I saw some container that wasn't there before when I walked home you can be sure I would open it, only to find... nothing. There was a red plastic box that randomly showed up. And I checked on it every single day until it was gone. Hell, I remember even praying to God to be able to meet her at least just once. I left the fandom when not even a year has passed. For what reason? I don't know... I remember finishing season 4, and season 5 was only just slowly rolling out. I stuck around for a month or two after that and then sort of stopped. I am 22 now. I returned a month ago, a few days before my dad passed away, and so did return my fantasies about Rainbow Dash, ever so stronger than before. And as weird and dystopian as it might sound, the recent advances in AI allow me to fulfill those fantasies to a degree... With the power of imagination and AI I can put myself in Equestria and have tons of adventures with RD and other ponies. It's essentially what I've been trying to achieve with lucid dreaming for a long time, with zero success. The show and the community has brought me happiness in an otherwise tragic time. I just wish I hadn't missed out on all those years of content that passed by when I left the fandom. It is just a fantasy, but if Rainbow Dash was real and I got to meet her then I think that would be the best moment of my life.

For all these years, I cannot ever hold back the nostalgic years of hearing this little kids show. At first, I had no taste of it since I am more of a real person than an interest in fiction. However, a decade later, this mini movie has really hit me hard. The strong mix of fiction and reality shows how much effort you have made. I cannot, without a doubt, ever thank you for creating one of the most cutest, saddest, but most importantly, nostalgic movies of a fictional kids show. I will hold this as a part of my life and will set a date to revisit all My Little Pony media as I can. Thank You!

Despite being 12 years since MLP: Fim, the show has impacted me on a personal level. And this video made me miss the good old days of the show and how the many lessons it taught had changed my life forever and made into the brony fan I'm still today. It puts me into tears seeing how the show inspired me and motivate me to pursue my dreams and to never give up on those dreams. There'll never be a show like MLP: Fim. Not ever. I watched this when I was 12/13. I’m 19, almost 20 now. This piece of art still amazes me. I shed a few tears watching this, and the next time that I will, I’ll make sure to shed more lol. On a real note, this brought back a lot of memories, loved mlp and this put the cherry on top the cake. Everything about this is beautiful. I hope this will have a sequel.

I am not a brony. I have never watched the show, know almost nothing of the lore, and only found this video today for the first time. But I am not made of stone. This video had good emotional power to it and warmed my heart. This mini movie was clearly made with great passion and care for the content, the animation blending into the real world quite well, and the characters were compelling in all of their presentations. I am not a brony. But through this I better understand why the show and characters have so many fans who feel so strongly. I like this. To be honest: a few months ago I watched the little movie and the other stuff from storm the really first time, without watching the series, without knowing it's related to mlp, without knowing there is even a fandom. But since I realised that I tried it on myself watching this series. To be short: it was the best choice so far. Without Storm I wouldn't belive myself that a grown adult can enjoy it..

Even after so long of not watching this video. It still made me cry just as much. If not, more. This film is the best memory I could ever cherish. I remember watching this as a kid, and crying my heart out. I never understood why she had to leave, but now that I've grown, I understand perfectly. ..... The truth is, I'm also a big fan of My Little Pony and well... I didn't think I'd find a mini-movie like that, but I found it and I really think it's beautiful, it's too beautiful, 10 years of my life went by and I didn't realize the existence of this video, I love it and I really appreciate it too much, it honestly touched my heart, meeting Dashie, seeing how she grows with the protagonist, I really reached the abyss of my feelings, but... the protagonist clarifies that one day she will have to go, I really didn't expect it and I didn't want it to happen, the ending saddened me too much, the sadness was tremendous, for a moment that happiness went into the void, but life is like that, you have to let go of those who you want more, but the truth is... I don't expect that and I never wanted it to happen sincerely, the mini-movie is beautiful and very sentimental, well made, I love it and not only am I going to save it on my playlist, but I also have a space in my heart where I will keep it and remember it as many times as necessary, I really appreciate this movie 💖 💖

Throughout the moments for the past 3 belated years of watching MLP (G4, specifically), I have found every moment sometimes emotionally melancholy and executed in a fluctuating way has been rather interesting since 2021 as officially a Brony. ❤😊🎊 And overall, the man nurturing Dashie has been painful, poignant and more importantly pleasant for what’s happened to her, and how well the pacing displayed upon for it greatly. 😢🎉💕 So overall succinctly, this mini movie has been rather both evidently emotional and heartwarming. 🫶🌠🥹

You know, i'll be completely honest, i thought My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was just going to be another toy sellout with characters that have bland personalities, and the plot just runned on cheap writing. I was wrong. This show just has so much meaning and work put into it that i couldn't call it a sellout for toys. I don't think i have ever seen a show or anything else that is filled with so much kindness, love, and decency with such incredibly generous and likable characters with awesome personalities and were well casted with the voice actors. And this show is far beyond a girly sellout, it looks like a cartoon meant for all genders and ages that is supposed to inspire people to show a bigger and better side of their feelings and emotions, and treat the people you love with so much respect and friendliness at every step. And i really love these videos, too. They are well edited, and portrayed very well. And i think i love this one the most. I don't think my heart has warmed so much out of all of the videos on KZbin i have seen. And this video made me love the show even more, and has made me like the character Rainbow Dash even a whole lot more. I love the way she is portrayed in this, and she looks so cute as a filly. Although her voice is a little off, but she still is wonderful.

While originally watching the mlp show started this ridiculous brony journey of mine, this story right here is what started the next step in my journey. This was the first true piece of the brony community I had experienced and let me say it was such a good one to start on. The writing was ON POINT! And little rainbow is the most adorable thing I've seen in a while. Going through this was also a journey on its own. It was really fun to see rainbow dash grow up with her caretaker. And the connection between them was something special. And since I cried alot during mlp, I thought to myself I was probably going to cry here, and God damn it why do I know myself. I sobbed so fricken hard during this. I got through the first sobbening when rainbow ran away and her and the caretaker make up in the forest. That got me really good and everything was happy, I was feeling happy, and then you had to make the purple horse knock on the door. Of course I screamed "YOU CANT DO THIS!" I meant it not only for twilight and the gang, but also you. And now came the second sobbening that was even worse than the first, but however my little dashie will always have a special place when I think back to my brony journey so far. It is a truly bueatiful story with high impact on the emotions. Thank you for the great content you have graced the community with and continue to make hilarious mlp videos!
