He actually wanted to delay the handing over of the promised payment until after the election- so she wouldn’t talk- and then after the election he planned to not pay her- basically he wanted to rip her off. This is obvious evidence that the payment was made to keep her silent to subvert the election- because he didn’t care if it came out after he was elected or if he lost.

Of course not! Cohen is not on trial. Even if he were, on the stand you answer only the specific questions posed to you. You don't freestyle confess everything you've ever done! Trump can no longer control Cohen with his projected shame. His bully baby tactics don't work on people who have taken responsibility for their own actions.
