Although that time Arlecchino was dressing anonymously so in theory Furina shouldn't know it was her, but it seems she somehow figured it out (probably because of the silhouette, Furina is pretty clever) and that's why she's scared of her. Btw, all this is canon in the game, Arlecchino is still trying to reach Furina and fix things between them sending her cakes with her children....but a future where Furina accepts Arlecchino seems pretty far hahaha
