Great idea. If you find it interesting you can check this out: There's already a workout called THE JUNGLE BODY and it does exactly that. They always take the best hits and work out with movements that are in tact with the beat. It's only 4-5 movements per song but it burns the hell out of calories 😂 I have being doing it for a very long time and find it amazing.

I think it is because Pam went on holiday with her mum to the Maldives (where she is when filming) and she couldn't edit it/ she couldn't send it to her brother Dennis who was in Germany to edit it. I know it is annoying but try your hardest!!

During quarantine, not being able to go to the gym, my abs and other body has become so much stronger thanks to you! I have been using your videos for many years now, I didn’t use them that much for years, but absolutely love your videos. They are hard enough, easy to follow(for me, have been doing gym and excersises from 13years, now 17) and I love the music choices! When I was at the gym, I neglected a lil bit my abs, I still did them every week but now just doing your (ab, but also other) workouts, I can do your killer workouts without unnecessary breaks! I also managed to be at the same speed as you and without breaks for this video! Thank you so much!

Hey! I'm noticing a lot of unhelpful comments on this so I hope I can be a little more helpful. Her workouts are definitely very hard, I struggle to keep up and I have been very active for a few years. While it is great to challenge yourself, it's more important to maintain proper form so that you get the real benefit of the workout and you don't injure yourself! So if you struggle with form (i.e your back comes off the floor during ab work), I would suggest going to Blogilates or MadFit on youtube! They have some really great workouts as well, definitely more beginner-friendly, and also good if you need to check in with your form. Hope this helps (:

Much harder than it looks. Definitely watch it all the way through before doing the workout. I sort of knew when the next exercise was going to begin and remembered the following moves so it flowed a bit better. Love this song choice!
