Gostei muito dos exercícios, principalmente porque vai mostrando na tela o quanto de tempo nos fazemos ,e o tempo que falta pra acabar...o pior e esse fundo musical irritante.., mas eu tiro o volume do celular e acompanho sem som🙂

i like the way the automated model shows the targeted areas of each exercise. You are given a preview of the upcoming before deciding if you want to work on that area. Very well put together presentation. No glit or glamour! Just factual. With rest!! GREAT!!! LOVE IT!!!!

I started this 10/11/24. I'll comment in 2 weeks to share my progress. 3 days in!! I got this!! 💪🏾☺️ ( 2 WEEK UPDATE)10/26/24 IDK why I cant comment but anywho I can definitely see a difference belly doesn't hang as low and muscles are tighter. Im excited to see what month 1 looks look. I'm here to encourage anyone thinking about doing it just give it a try!!! First time user and very satisfied. Like some here have mentioned, no long boring narrative. The only thing I dislike are the ads. 2 weeks doing these everyday and they do work and are easy to maintain lost about an inch I am an active person and eat healthy anyway but wanted to tone up the 60+ menopauses stomach and middle that we get!

I’ve had my hanging belly since I had my last child in the year 2000, I am 48 yrs old, had a hysterectomy, 5’9” and 245 lbs. I will definitely try this with my workout resistance bands. I will post an update in one month.

It's mostly the diet. You have to do like Kendall Jenner and Hailey Beiber the way they eat pattern to lose weight. Example: breakfast a smoothie protein shake with your blender. Lunch Hour: light meal or salad meal Dinner: protein shake, example vanilla protein whey powder mixed with flavorimg or mix it in almond milk with couple drops vanilla extract. Day 2 completed ! Each day 30 minutes belly workout and no rest day or holidays in between still 28 more days ! Yippy ! Today my mother saved me from having a rest day and missing my workout ! Hushhh ! Imniw like workout I must complete study and Buddha's book in thirty days reading five pages per day also recollecting them at the same time let's see how much I achieve as decided today !

I'm starting my own routine, including 30 minutes trainings like this while sipping wine in between rest. I'm calling it "wino and cardio strength training" 😅 i feel the burn. I also do this right before bed so I'm all warm, fuzzy and sleepy.

I love this routine! It gives me flexibility and works a lot of muscle groups. The only negative is the ads that interrupt the flow of the workout.

I love these exercises! I've been having lower and upper back issues since the begging of September and have been restricted in doing any exercise. Even stretching caused more pain. These are perfect because it's a form of stretching and warming up at the same time. My body gets warmed up after 15 min. I'm sweating but not too much. Pain areas feel less painful and I've got finally moving! Thank you!!!

Yes they do have good videos. I'm not one for working out in the morning but I do this one while I make my coffee - it only 5 minutes with similar moves. Definitely helps with flexibility to get you going in the morning. This 30 min will be my evening workout. Give this short/effective one a try .... done before you know it. @@SuperBitterSweets try walking 10k steps and calorie deficit , results take time but you should notice changes soon enough.

Am back with the feedback. I started a month back and some days, I've been skipping a rope everyday, portion control plus this exercise. I have so far lost 8kgs and am seing a change in my body, but there are some 2weeks where I lost courage and didn't workout much, I believe if I've been consistent I would have lost atleast 10kgs🥰🥰 My target is 70

@@Nilay-qs7pz Merheba ben her sabah kalkınca bir bardak oturarak ılık kaya tuzlu su ve ya ev yapımı sirkeli su içiyorum.Sonra bu ve benzeri hareketleri yapıyorum.Bitince yine oturarak su içiyorum.Un ve şekeri hazır gıdaları,sıvı yağları,siyah çayı hayatımdan çıkardım. Yeşil çay en sevdiğim fakat poşetsiz demleme.Yıllardır.Zaten insanı şeker ve un hasta ediyor ve kilo aldırıyor.Dışarıda 3,4 km yürüyüş yapıyorum.Çok iyi oluyor.Size de tavsiye ederim.Almanyadan güzel kardeş ülkeye selam olsun.Kolay gelsin.🌹🥰
