I started this 10/11/24. I'll comment in 2 weeks to share my progress. 3 days in!! I’ve had my hanging belly since I had my last child in the year 2000, I am 48 yrs old, had a hysterectomy, 5’9” and 245 lbs. I will definitely try this with my workout resistance bands. I will post an update in one month.

It's mostly the diet. You have to do like Kendall Jenner and Hailey Beiber the way they eat pattern to lose weight. Example: breakfast a smoothie protein shake with your blender. Lunch Hour: light meal or salad meal Dinner: protein shake, example vanilla protein whey powder mixed with flavorimg or mix it in almond milk with couple drops vanilla extract. I love these exercises! I've been having lower and upper back issues since the begging of September and have been restricted in doing any exercise. Even stretching caused more pain. These are perfect because it's a form of stretching and warming up at the same time. My body gets warmed up after 15 min. I'm sweating but not too much. Pain areas feel less painful and I've got finally moving! Thank you!!!

Yes they do have good videos. I'm not one for working out in the morning but I do this one while I make my coffee - it only 5 minutes with similar moves. Definitely helps with flexibility to get you going in the morning. This 30 min will be my evening workout. Give this short/effective one a try .... done before you know it.
