He's dissing Wiley - the godfather of grime. He's basically the person who started the whole genre. Stormzy's 15 years younger and grew up looking up to Wiley. He helped revive grime a few years ago. There were some Twitter exchanges between them because Wiley accused Stormzy of watering down the genre and didn't like that he called himself the king of grime so he made a diss track for him and Stormzy responded with 'disappointed'.
