Amazing! I was diagnosed with MS in January 2019 and have been doing amazingly well with no medication - just diet & lifestyle change. I was looking for recipes for what to do with carrot juice pulp and found your cookie recipe. When I clicked it, I thought "I sure hope this recipe is healthy..." Oh my! Then I noticed your shirt! All the great MS success stories seem to have a few things in common: 1. EAT PLANT BASED! 2. WORK OUT! 3. MEDITATE! I'll definitely be reading your book. Please keep spreading the word! 🙌

In addition to diet, workout and meditation, other factors played an important role. Intermittent and extended fasting, and exposing my body to cold. I believe everything above changed my immune system - as does the neuro ophthalmologist who gave me the prognosis of permanent disability! Glad to hear you have found the answers!

@rrfitnesslv949

Didnt those aggressive changes put you more stressed out state? Like all the time checking the symptoms, monitoring the food… I have noticed that by trying to do everything “right”, I keep my self in fight and flight state… How did you overcome that - to just trust the process and not doubt yourself… if that is the right way? Should I do something more?

I found Bob's story inspiring, read the book and adopted some of his lifestyle changes. I upped my water intake, exercised, meditated and became more mindful of what I eat & drink. After seeing this video I'm reminded there is more I can do. I need to exercise & meditate 5 days a week, up my water intake, move more towards a plant-based diet, cut out more crap and treat this as a fight for my survival! Thanks for the pep talk Bob

Thank you so much for sharing your success with MS🤝.. I have MS and lesions that I want to get rid of and I believe I can. I have been so depressed, I started smoking and drinking again... I've seen your story the first time last year and thought, Wow, that's great now, I am happy to have come across it again 😀!! If you don't mind me asking??? What foods do you eat??..
@bobcafarocello
@bobcafarocello 4 жыл бұрын
Jill, If you believe you can do this, it can happen. The right mindset is the key to your success. Reversing the disease entails rebuilding the cells of your body. Cells of the body are constantly dying and being replaced, and in 7 years your entire body is new. Bones are the slowest to regenerate new cells. Hence you want to do everything possible to promote new and healthy cell growth. Needless to say, smoking and drinking will put a serious damper on this necessary process. I don't smoke anything, including pot, and my last drink was the day I was diagnosed over 21 years ago. My diet is primarily organic plant-based, but that is only part of the equation. Have you had a chance to read my book? Everything about my lifestyle is detailed, and it should answer many of your questions. It can be had from my website in print or download: www.bobcafaro.com Let me know if you have any questions.

@@bobcafarocello Bob, thank you so so very much for responding and answering my questions. No, I have not read your book however, I will get a copy and read it. 👍👍 can I purchase it on Amazon?? I know that a positive clear mind and a healthy diet is the key to many ailments. I have had MS for 18 years and I 4 years ago pretty much gave up on eating the foods that made me feel alive and with a new job (Personal Care Aide) I paid more attention to my clients than I did myself and became stressed and forgot about me. The day I was diagnosed the neurologist said I had borderline MS and I asked him what borderline MS is because I said, either I have MS or I don't and with that he looked at me and asked if I was stressed, I said no. He performed a lumbar puncture for MS and Lyme disease 😔 both came back negative!. I will purchase your book to learn more.. Do you take vitamin? I know you said in your video that you drink quite a bit of water 💧.. I thank you so much for the information. Hey Bob Sir. I am 19 and I am a thalassemia major patient. I have to go for blood transfusion in every 20 days. But as my age is growing my requirements for blood is growing as well. Last January I consulted a doctor and he consulted me the same treatment as yours. I followed it for a month religiously and I got wonderful result. But now it's getting harder for me to follow the treatment. I have to wakeup early. Do physical exercise for 2and half hours including sungazing and grounding. Have to follow plant based vegan diet. Which is really boring for me. Also I am a student. I have to do everything by myself because both my parents are working. I got to know that to reverse my disease I have to be consistent for months and have to maintain this lifestyle forever. But it's getting harder for me. I am not able to follow this. Because this treatment takes my all time. I am not able to do anything other than this. I wanted to know when you were healing weren't you worried about your other tasks. Because I am worried for my career. I think if I give all my time to health than what am I going to for my career. I will lack behind and all my friends will leave me behind. Also i feel like eating salads everyday is really very boring. What can I do about it? Please suggest me.

Thanks for posting this. I have been following you for over two years and your story really helps with my life and my problem. I have a question if you have time to answer it. I know that you did multiple treatments liek the water cure, fasting and meditation but what which one of these do you owe more than the others in your recovery? Thanks
@bobcafarocello
@bobcafarocello 4 жыл бұрын
The Doctor who told me I would be on permanent disability believes it was the culmination of everything that enabled me to rebuild my body. Keep in mind it took about three and a half years to get everything back. My very first signs of improvement were noticed when I started with the water cure. This involved drinking 80 oz of water a day for my 160 lb weight. When I noticed my first signs of improvement I increase that amount to at least 96 oz per day. I believe switching to an organic plant-based diet, meditating, practicing yoga and adopting Nolan Ryan's pictures Bible regimen, all played an important role in rebuilding the cells of my body. Keep in mind the cells of your body are constantly dying and being replaced, and then seven years your entire body is made up of new cells. I hope this answers your question.

Hello! I was diagnosed with Ms almost 6 years ago. I have read the Wahls Protocol, the Autoimmune Protocol, Overcoming MS, and followed your story. I find you very motivational, and would like to follow your example and beat my MS. (I would love to play my bass trombone again someday). I have a question for you though. All of those books, including what I've seen you say, discuss the importance of eating an organic diet. However, I haven't seen any evidence proving organic fruits and vegetables are better than "regular" ones. Frequently, there isn't much of a difference between the two as they aren't regulated well. Do you find eating organic to be a large part of your recovery? How do you make sure food you eat actually is organic? Have you ever thought of releasing your story as an audiobook? Thank you for sharing your journey. 💙😀

Sara, I am a firm believer in organically grown food. The conventional food available is full of herbicides and pesticides, not to mention glyphosate in so many foods. Keep in mind herbicides and pesticides are meant to kill life cells. The way I rebuilt my body was to rebuild my cells, and in the process I looked for every possible advantage. During the summer months here in South New Jersey, I get most of my food from two organic farmers I know well. Organic food is more of a religion to them, so I am confident in what I am getting. The rest of the year I get my food mainly from Moms Organic Market because they are seriously trustworthy. My book is available in print where a signed copy can be had: www.bobcafaro.com and you can also find it there for download on Kindle. I hope this answers your question. Apologies for the late reply! Jordan, the numbness in my hands was a small issue compared to the loss of motor skills. It took about 3 1/2 years to fully regain the use of my hands. The numbness is another story. At my worst point I could hardly feel anything, but the numbness gradually subsided. The numbness never disappeared completely, as the damage to my CNS seems permanent. While my hands and fingers now function normally, they feel like they've fallen asleep slightly. I can feel things normally, but the numbness is somehow outside my skin. An analogy is the way gasoline doesn't burn as a liquid, but it's the vapors that do. I hope this answers your question!
