Once you realize food has been weaponized against humanity. We are conditioned to eat or die. We are triggered by meal times and food commercials. We are addicted to the Dopamine rush from chemicals in processed food. Boredom also causes us to eat. We don't need food to survive. Everything is designed to increase insulin. The absence of insulin in the bloodstream, stimulates amazing healing abilities in the body. Follow Dr. Jason Fung, on KZbin, he's the world authority on fasting. Good luck,

Period. It’s an inescapable fact of existence. This man is lying to you. These breatharians have people killing themselves literally trying to replicate these claims. When these claims got put to the test the lady nearly died after a week. A lady that has been selling this lie, couldn’t make it a week. Now most people who have some belly fat will make it a couple of weeks with no food, but you absolutely WILL DIE after days with no water. Food is not a habit. It is energy that your body literally burns.

@@J5423C the Bible recommends fasting as a spiritual necessity to get closer to God and to get to know Him better. In Christian fasting we give up food, put away our cell phones, social media and our TVs so we can spend quality time in Gods presence. We do this by worshiping, praising God, praying, reading the Bible, studying the Bible, meditating on what we read to see how we can apply it to our lives and finally after all that, being still and quite in His presence to hear Him speak. We fast to develope a personal relationship with God so we can get to know Him better and we can get closer to Him. God is spirit so we must cut ourselves off from all worldly distractions and spend quality time in His presence. That is what genuine Christian fasting is - it is not about giving up fish or certain foods once in awhile. It is actual work and dedication which requires our active participation.

As i mainly/mostly stands for ego. They do refer to experiences they had or encountered but in a different way by giving guidance using wise analogies and such of some general concept.

@jeffreypogue25793 жыл бұрын
@Olivia K the lie and great deception that Yeshua is the most high God came hundreds of years after Messiah and was essentially cast into stone by the Roman Church. Anyone who dared to stand for the truth that Yahweh is the one true God was burned at the stake and that happened for almost 1,000 years. Yeshua never claimed to be the Most High and nowhere in Scripture is the Trinity deception taught. Almost all the English scripture translations have been corrupted by churchianity to support the lies of churchianity. The central truth of scripture that Yeshua repeatedly taught was: Hear O Israel, Yahweh is your God; Yahweh is one. There is one God and one mediator between God and men and that mediator is Yeshua the Messiah, the highly exalted human son of God, who died on the cross and was raised by God according to the scriptures and now sits at the right hand of the throne of God making intercession for men. If you worship a god named Yeshua, you do not know Yahweh the one true God or Yeshua his only begotten human son, the second Adam. Yeshua is the first fruit among his brethren and someday all of us who are true worshipers of Yah (not Jah) who have received Yeshua will be raised from the dead and become like Yeshua. That is scripture. The enemy doesn't want the human race to know God so he used churchianity to raise up the trinity and Islam to raise up Allah. Both systems find their roots in the same Kingdom and if you do your research, you will see that they share many symbols of that Kingdom.
@ChrisTopher-vh8tu3 жыл бұрын

@jeffreypogue25793 жыл бұрын
@@ChrisTopher-vh8tu I get it but if you do your research and your first loyalty is to the truth, the Trinity is a bigger lie than Islam and more diabolical. I graduated from a Christian college and pastored for 10 years so it cost me everything to come out of churchianity and its lies. If you're not willing to lose everything to follow Yeshua then your eyes are never going to be opened. My conversion back to the Way didn't cause me to hate anyone but it caused a lot of people to hate me just like they hated my master Yeshua. Yeshua made it really clear that few will enter the kingdom. Do the math :-)

He spoke about meditation (which is simply opposite of experimentation or scientific studies), this what made him such a horrible liar which made him come up with lots of own false theories, that came out by his imagination. 3. He said that exercising is great, do you know taht there are so many yoga methods taht actully isn't helpful at all, you people call him a good guy because the does yoga? He blatently teaching you false things that he imagined to be true, weird yoga that proves nothing besides that he developed some unique way of exercise. 4. @@giovanniwilliams9009 I hear you. I wasn't necessarily strong on the meditation part, but I can be very self-confident; not in ignoring hunger, but in sort of knowing that I've already survived days with less food than I had. All by choice. I have never been homeless or without means to have a minimal meal, it was just more of a self challenge I suppose. I have to agree with Orlando above here. Feeling that our mind is definitely a powerful thing and can overcome much of what we feel is not possible, but please consider the light that's within us IS within us. Outside of us, light has no limits, but because we exist as mind AND body, the light energy within us really does have limitations due to the physical being of our bodies. Believe me, I did better than I thought I would and I believe I could've done more with dedicated meditation. In an extreme case, I would say it's not going to be possible to have a bodybuilders physique without eating, and no one who chooses that goal should feel they could exert that amount of energy without food. I do feel though that it helps put life in a better perspective though. Which is why I personally look at someone like a world-class bodybuilder and the man in this video as two extreme opposites. My philosophy is when you understand the limits on both ends, that somewhere in the center of them both is really the most ideal.. personally. It just serves as a sort of scale to measure one's own life with. I wouldn't rest my car in a museum and make sure it is brimming with race fuel, and I wouldn't bring an active race car to a track with no fuel! 😁 I say we know what we're actually trying to achieve when we understand the limits. Please be safe and always trust your best instincts! ♾️✌️

I'm going to recommend you don't do that unless you are a very experienced practitioner. First of all, there are a lot of phonies out there who say all kinds of things and few actually learn to do the real thing. Are there people who get to very high levels that can do that sure however to do it realistically that's a very high level of practice. Very high level not even a lot of the yogis you see running around can do that. Even the monks don't do that. I'm not trying to discourage because there are people like if you look at some of the Christian stigmatists like Therese Neumann who did it but don't be deluded and hurt yourself

Now I don't crave food anymore, I exercise and have a meditative practice. I think if you take your time and listen to your body, you will be fine. No other animal on the planet eats like we do, we eat far too often and eat the wrong things. Most people are stuck in the 3 meals a day cycle and will never get away from it, it just isn't necessary. The body and mind function so much better when the stomach is empty. Great advice, most people are clueless and do the next fad without doing the proper research. Intermittent fasting is where is at. 12h on 12h off is already a tough thing to do. But not eating for multiple days is for those who know what the heck their doing, and understand their body VERY WELL.

I did a thirty day herbal tea fast and I completely understand what he’s talking about. I’ve never had more energy or felt better in myself than when I was in the fast.

I must say that I had a similar experience when going through a 60-day juice fast. I felt a deep sense of joy, connection, and beauty. The whites in my eyes even brightened!

Same. We are being guided here to transcend food! And not be a part of the collective that is fearing to be without.

I went without food for 7 days according to the guidance of Abba YHWH and it was one of the best things I could have ever done. I felt much closer to GOD and my intelligence was on another level.

And now your intelligence was on another level ? How about now where is it? How can one feel any closer to one.

Seven days is one thing. Probably a healthy maximum. 30 days of it and you would probably be with God.
