Story of my ride: Pomingalarna 'Cycling Complex' in Wagga Wagga, exploration on the gravel bike

Get out of the city. Get on the bike. And go...! Where? Anywhere. It's possible to ride for hours and hours - on all manner of terrain, all of which is ideal for cycling - in a place like Wagga Wagga.
The local council has created a bike path network, and an impressive "Cycling Complex" in nearby hills of Pomingalarna, that begs to be ridden. So, during the Christmas holidays of 2023, that's exactly what I did.
With no plan but glorious weather, I set off on a magical mystery tour on my gravel bike. I'd see plenty of wildlife, ride great roads, cycleways, as well as a BMX track, MTB trail, and velodrome. And then, after saying g'day to a few kangaroos, I'd get some exercise and take in the sights on a fantastic 100km ride in the country.

Nice vid Rob. Looks like I'm due for a trip to Wagga with a camera and a bike. As for it being a cycling hub I think it's more the history and pedigree of quality riders who've come from the region that makes it so special. The infrastructure is an added bonus.
