Love a good tree myself Rob. Can't beat a gnarly specimen. Great little film, thank you, enjoyed the interview with Charlie.

Great video mate. Ex-Army here and although it's been 48 years since I did my basic training, Wagga Wagga still holds a special place in my heart. Hoping to do the Beers and Gears in the near future.

The Gears and Beers Dirty 130 (km) event is a "must do" for anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside , rolling hills and "champagne gravel". I've ridden the event six times and as it is really well supported (volunteers & riders) and safe event. In past events riders from the NRS and cycling legends Phil Anderson and Henk Vogels rode as well. The event is part of a beer festival which sweetens the deal. In my prep for the event I escape Sydney and do 5-8 day blocks riding in the area at Cootamundra, Young and Temora which offers gravel routes for as long as you want to make them,
