Hi Rob, You have certainly been blessed with all the things that money cannot buy. Not only do you have two great sons who share your passion for cycling, you also live in one of the most beautiful well equipped regions for cyclists. If I ever had a choice I would swap places with you in a heartbeat. Thank you for your videos and informative commentary.

Andrew, thanks for the note. Not that I'm in a position to "swap" but I'm curious: where are you? - Rob

@@ride-media Hi Rob, I am in Lincolnshire UK on the East coast between Boston and Skegness. The roads here are narrow and busy with traffic. I get over to the West coast near Perth WA visiting family and enjoy cycling there as there are pretty nice roads and cycle paths. Andrew.

@@andrewriches506I don’t know, there are some lovely spots around there to cycle also. I enjoy watching the Ride with Roy channel. Believe me, Rob shows the beauty but sadly there are some tragedies around Sydney. Principally some of our more egregious motorists. Rob’s right though, it has improved substantially.

Just love the energy Louis shows bunny hopping along the Brighton Le Sands bike path. So good to be young and healthy. Great videography as always.

I so miss being a teenager. He is like a greyhound with energy to burn, enthusiasm beyond belief and bullet proof. Beautiful looking ride also.

If only we could use the wisdom gained later in life to exploit those younger years...! So many thoughts come to mind, but when I go to write, I realise how close I have come to writing an oh-I-remember-the-days yarn... so I refrain. Still, it's good to know I can still (more-or-less) keep up with a 19-year-old who is now taking his cycling more seriously. - Rob

RNP, Seacliff Bridge, the cycle paths, what's not to ❤. It's a fantastic part of the world and a favourite of mine to cycle. Thanks for sharing 🙂🍻

Get the timing right and this is one of The Best Rides in Sydney! (Get it wrong - with wind / traffic / general mood of other road users - and it can be horrible.) This was One Of Those Days ... ie. everything seemed to flow and it was fantastic. - Rob

Hi Rob, great to develop memories like that. Could you please upload the ride details onto Strava if possible? I'll tackle this ride when next I visit Sydney. Thanks for your efforts - always enjoyable to watch

This sums up riding Sydney compared to riding Wollongong perfectly. How good is the national park when no one’s around

Another beautiful video Rob. Amazing scenery along the way. Father and Son times together are priceless. I’m doing this ride on 3/11. Are you doing Syd to Gong 2024?

Very nice indeed especially with your sons sharing the passion for two wheels...just one question if I may, what route did you take between Dolls Point to the National Park...only asking as it can be quite chaotic & was wondering if there are any cycle ways?...looking forward to your next video.
