@@msob7y uh, i think that's not the case, Adam is not the first human, but rather new generation of human, G_d created mankind in two different methods, 1st the Evolution, the Prehistoric human or ancient human, and then these evolved human are barbaric, so then G_d create a new human directly with His hand (not from evolution), this new generation of human named Adam, and Adam was meant to build new civilization on planet earth supersede the ancient human. But all in all, both Adam and Prehistoric humans are creations of The G_d.

The only woman mentioned by Name in the Quran is ... Mary. I always thought that since the Quran is the book from The All-Wise, there has to be some wisdom behind mentioning only Maryam(AS) by name and not any other woman. Then I remembered this verse from the *Quran 3:42* Behold! The angels said: "O Mary! Allah has chosen you and purified you- chosen you above the women of all nations."

When I was growing up my father was my idol and hero and my mentor. He told me that Adam and Eve were were sent to the garden of eden ,were given their will to enjoy the garden but one fruit. It was actually something like an experiment to see how they would survive. And like all humans they made their mistakes and in the process ended up like the humans were destined to be.

The story of Adam pbuh is actually really important in teaching us how we should live our lives. The parallel of Adam pbuh and the devil is extremely important. So first of all, Adam pbuh was created to go to earth. His home in paradise was always going to be temporary because Allah had already planned that humans would be the guardians of earth. Secondly, in the Quran Adam pbuh and Eve pbuh both made a mistake, they were both misled and they both regretted their actions. And when they realised that they had done wrong they immediately turned back to Allah and asked Him for forgiveness. In contrast, the devil did the same thing when he was commanded to obey Allah by bowing down to Adam pbuh in a show of respect to him but the devil was arrogant, he thought he was better than Adam pbuh and he refused. To disobey Allah in His court amongst the angels is a huge sin and when the devil was admonished instead of regrettinh his actions and turning back to Allah he instead became more arrogant and just doubled down and actually stated he would take down the humans with him. The huge contrast between the devil and Adam pbuh is an important life lesson for us. We are human and we will make mistakes but it's how we react to those mistakes and what we do to rectify them that shows if we are good or bad. Adam pbuh turned back to Allah, repented and then spent his whole life trying to rectify his mistake by being good and righteous. The devil did the opposite and it is Adam pbuh who ultimately will be the one who will re enter paradise. I also found it the story of Adam pbuh very uplifting because even though Adam pbuh and Eve pbuh made a mistake Allah said to them that if they obeyed Him and did good then one day they would return to Him and to paradise again. Allah did not throw them out without any hope. It's more like he tested them in paradise, gave them a life lesson and then sent them to earth as He had already planned to do. He gave them the tools to navigate life on earth before sending them there. And finally Adam pbuh and Eve pbuh were both forgiven so there is no original sin. We are only responsible for our own sins and if we follow Adam pbuh and turn back to Allah when we sin and repent sincerely and then do Good then He will forgive us and grant us paradise because He is the Most Merciful the Most Gracious and truly the Most Loving. And Allah knows best.

Yes, humans make mistakes out of their own free will but Allah knows everything, and humans are only asked to repent and ask god for forgiveness and they will be forgiven. That's the whole point. You make mistakes but you repent and through that you have full submission to god to admit your mistakes and ask him for forgiveness. And its easy. In Islam we are taught that everything can be forgiven except if you violated a right to any human, then you need to settle the rights of other humans first. Like for example, lets say I stole money from someone. I can't repent on that until I return the money and then repent.

According to Quran Prophet Adam and mother Hawwa were created for this world. And by eating fruit from that tree, although they were forbidden, nonetheless, it was their first decision (although wrong), and with this they proved that they were ready to start their lives on earth. Both Adam and Hawwa took this decision together, although Satan did whisper in their ears. But when they repented, Allah (SWT) forgave them.

Just to point it out, Allah already announced to the angels that He will place a “khalifa” (i.e. a representative agent) on Earth BEFORE creating Adam PBUH, which emphasizes that it’s not a punishment for their sins. In the Quran it says that Allah turned to both of them and granted them a prayer to use for seeking forgiveness and turning back to Him, so it’s definitely not a punishment. Allah always reminds us that the Earth is a place of residence, provisions and has many “services” for us such as the fruits and veggies that are diverse in flavour. This life on Earth is a test (but not like a test we think of in a school, it’s rather a way to discover and connect with Allah through ur own will and experience its beauty), and He promised Adam that he will send guidance to get through this journey successfully back to heaven.

When Allah said that he would be Khalifa on Earth, Adam had not yet been created. So he automatically thought that he would live in heaven, even though the angels knew that he was created for Earth. I sometimes wonder why the angels don't tell him? Or maybe Allah told them to keep it a secret. And the whole tree incident was just a demonstration to Adam and Hawa of how dangerous Satan was. Anyway, you will understand better if you experience it firsthand. That's how I interpret it. But of course, only Allah knows.

He was regarded very highly, but was not actually an angel because angels do not have free will to disobey God. Thus, He was of the Djinn. And "demons", as Christians call them are actually Djinn following Iblis. (Army of Satan). There are Djinn who have good intentions, and are even muslim, and then their are djinn who are evil and have malintention. They are like humans with free will, but that's another discussion lol. Glad to see your understanding for the most part it’s right on as it should be understood. One point about humans we are created from the soil so my understanding is that if you look at our physiology we have iron, Potassium, Calcium etc all these ingredients are also found in earth. So we are made from this earth and that’s why when we die our bodies are easily decomposed in the earth.

One of the major differences between the Bible and Quran regarding Adam and Eve and their sin, is that the Quran does not hold Eve responsible for tempting Adam to eat from the tree. The Quran in one verse holds Adam fully responsible for disobeying Allah, and in another holds both responsible, unlike the Bible that holds Eve responsible for tempting Adam to disobey Allah and eat from the forbidden tree thus being responsible for having human being kicked out of Heaven.
