at level 9 cultivation, 20 mushroom logs with 0 star matsutake spores, gives me 80, 4 star matsutake mushrooms, which I can throw in the bin for an easy 105,360G. I can do that, or I can spore 20 of them, and get even more in 5 days, one for the sporing, 4 for the mushrooms... all the way up to 10 star. It's a lot of money, easy. Matsutake mushrooms are the most expensive mushroom spores, and a favorite of Iori. For honey, use hellbore flowers, they make the best comb, turn that into honey, and you're making decent coin.

the best way to earn money early game is fishing getting sparking fish can net you 700g+ each and its very common to earn 5-10k per day due to fishing especially the first 10 days of the game

Yesss, I try everything else and fishing is the best for the first few day maybe even month. Crop are expensive and take forever. Mining take too much stamina. And there not Much else you can do so early on.

with coral mushrooms, and 20 mushroom logs, you can get a lot of money every four days... even if you only buy level 0 spores. for honey, you'll want hellbore flowers, which are only winter, but 20 of those in the hives, will make the best honeycomb, which sells for the most, which can be increased even more by turning it into honey. You can earn more money with the mushrooms from the special areas than what's available initially, so work on those mining and woodcutting skills. And don't forget to make spore bags, to increase your spoor supply to 10 stars, for the most money.

I finally got my game and am using as few makers as possible and putting at least one of each important one in each area along with at least one box. This way if I'm working an area I don't have to keep running back to my house to process and unload. Eventually I may skip crops all together at least until I level up my hammer, axe, and reaping skills to 9.

Awesome recap on the game. Needed that to refresh the mind. Sadly I did not get to play to much last night due to just being so tired. However I did play a few days worth of it and liked what I saw. The biggest issue I have is that you lose time while inside buildings. 😭 once I get use to the controls everything will be peachy. Game looks nice and can't wait to catch up to you in game. Damon really likes coffee so I give him beans until I can make the drink Edit: Level 5 cooking let's you learn recipes of food you eat. Also be sure to get coffee tree seedlings and save them! They aren't sold or given by shops/sprites out of season. If you forget like I did, he also really enjoys black roses! These are Autumm only, so you'll want to buy a bunch, (they only sell the seeds after you sold the flower once,) and unlock the Autumn special area to grow them in. He also enjoys jewels (probably for his jewelry crafting). I gave him unpolished opal and he liked it a lot, so I assume he would like polished more! However, I use polished gems for money and Coffee is his absolute favorite. Reina absolutely loves Lemons and Bridget likes milk iirc, but I haven't given her any milk yet because I'm using that for money, too lol. Everyone else idk yet

So I found out that you can buy products, like veggies straight from the store. Example is tomato for 180. Use the seed maker to turn it into 2 seed packets. Each sells for 150. You earn 120 a day per tomato. I know its not much, but if your seed makers are just laying there, make some money. Selling seeds from crops you grow will increase your profit even more from just selling the crop itself.

Sure, I'm happy to help. You can get fodder by growing it or buying it from the shop. There is not processor to make fodder from grass in olive town. Hopefully this helps!!💖🥰

Your access to the mining area has nothing to do with your "relationship" with the sprites.... it only requires level 9 mining, just like the other areas only require skill levels.

I can't believe my childhood game came this far up to now harvest moon is a good game this is still harvest moon just another name to it is all same animal shapes just updated up to date ik some people said this is a copy of stardew valley it's not honestly at points stardew valley copied harvest moon bc of the makers machines tbh but harvest moon upgraded bc most I played didn't have crafting stuff yeah it had cooking lol but crafting I like it's a small upgrade but yeah stardew valley had crafting but did they really steal that from stardew valley no bc one it's game type needed the crafting aspect sooner or later it would of bin added

It the best for the first few days maybe even month until you can unlock everything else. It day 6 for me and I make around 300-500 gold a day fishing which beat everything so far.

I think it's better to focus more on unlock areas by collecting woods and stones than fishing in early game, because the item you will unlock in the later areas makes much more money. This is my recommendation based on my experience, and there are definitely other ways to do it if you enjoy fishing more🥰 Hopefully this helps!

​@@MilkyT Yeah so true just realize this lol I still recommend fishing with getting supplies cuz crop make almost no money early game. I think I finally harvest some cucumber in like day 10-15 something. So for the the first 6 day I would gather supply then fish to get enough money for a few small upgrade like my bag, buying seed etc Not much to do the first few day, game start out pretty slow. There only mining, watering crop, harvesting material, and fishing. Now that I unlock the bridge there a ton more to do.
