reminds me of Concrete Jungle. (PS2 game.) a predator botched a hunt and failed to die with honor, was banished for 100 years. When he is told to return and clean up his mess, (he left tech that the humans reverse engineered and killing preds with it) The woman and infant that got his blood on them were still alive. infact it had been 100 years, the infant (later learned had infusd pred blood in him) looked only in his 30s-40s. Highly underrated game. THAT also would have made a better movie than Predators and The Predator4.

I liked it ok. I was entrained and it had cool fights....that was the movies job. Obviously it wasn’t well received, and it was a sloppy script, with a bit too silly slapstick cast & characters. I luv Key & Peele ....but not n this, sorry Keenan. The mom n son Jar Jar’d it up too. They should’ve had a one and done scene ( maybe 2). The predators civil war was confusing as well. I think Dutch overestimates how poorly the Predators look at Humanity I don't think they view Humans as just animals fit for hunting at least not the ones that stick to their honor culture don't. They only Hunt the most dangerous of prey hunting Humans implies they think we are dangerous and worthy it's almost like a compliment that they bother with us. I think they view us more like children that are learning and hunting us is both part of their culture as well as a way of teaching or testing.

I believe that to hunt something, you have to respect their ability to kill you. Otherwise, like Dutch said "No Sport". They spared the life of a pregnant woman in "Predator 2". Intresting expansion to Dutch's story. The last I had heard of the character was in Concrete Jungle (1995) about his twin brother, Detective Schafer, who saw him once just befor he went offgrid & back to the jungle. He told his brother what happened then dissapeared but a Predator in NYC forced him to seek answers as to what happened. Spoiler Gen.Phillips (old gen from pred movie) gave criptic clues and led him arpumd for 2 novels but the brothers never reunited that we know of Series ends with 'Cold War' As for the life extending properties of Predator blood that was from the late90s/early2000 comics (forget which one) where one of the the companies harvesting Pred tech is headed by a 400yo Samurai who hunts Preds to eat their hearts

In an alternate timeline, he became a cyborg with a bionic right arm (complete w/built-in machine gun) and was a playable character in the AvP arcade game from the '90s. Imagine a "Predator Vs. Terminator" fan film! That probably exists somewhere. 9:32 Two points. One: Berets aren't worn in combat. Two: The SPAS-12 was obsolete by that point, outmoded and outclassed (as per 1989) by the sleeker and lighter Benelli M3 Super 90 (which is also Italian). That is, if you're specifically in the market for a select-fire pump/autoloadah. 12:49 Why does he have loops for canister grenades (occupied w/canister grenades, of course) located on the right-torso part of his load-bearing vest if he shoots right-handed? That would make it impossible for him to shoulder his rifle properly. That Pred-mask pauldron probably doesn't help either (only because he's wearing it on his right shoulder and he's right-handed). On the upside, that getup kinda makes Dutch look like Roland from Borderlands (but with his gear "mirrored"). 17:26 Dutch is the same age as Arnie (born in 1947).

Got it all. Would like to share my impressions and thought about: 1.First of all I doubt Peter Keese wouldnt have let Dutch go so easily. Its kinda not a habit of his agency, isnt it? Think he would ask him every day for new info and suggest to cooperate aswell. But maybe there was just such Dutch principled and that radiation sickness. Well though we saw something like that in the Predator 2 when Keese threatened Harrigan for a long time to stay away but as a result gave up and told him everything. 2.By the way Dutch mentions Peter Keese but doesnt not Harrigan. But introducing Keese means they consider Predator 2 as canonical sequel. The same about Keese`s son who was in Predator 2018 but in that case wanna see that movie like a nightmare. But anyway is weird Dutch doesnt say about Harrigan anything. Though he knew about Los Angeles incident for sure as he mentions that in his tape. Moreover Harrigan won another Predator! And the cop would tell him aswell Predators have been arriving to Earth for many centuries (the 18th century gun). Besides Dutch would tell in his tape aswell Predator has besides thermal vision ultraviolet one as Harrigan got it when Keese`s team was captured and killed. Weird, once again. 3. In the Hunting Grounds game we can disable the self-destruct system. Does it mean OWLF learned Predator`s language, the symbols? Dutch doesnt mention it neither.. 4. The question is may we call these tapes as canonicity. As Schwarz took part in that (he refused of Predator 2018 bc of not good script as he had said so money doesnt play the most important part for him) he liked the project. 5. May we call then Predators 2010 as canonicity? If yes how explain why some Predators arrive to Earth for hunting themselves whereas another ones transport the soldiers to their planet grounds? Some social status? 6. Well the more fights between humans and Predators we see the more usual things they become. But of course I`d like to see the new movie with Dutch based on these tapes. Would be cool if Danny Glover as Harrigan joins the project too. For example Dutch and Harrigan both work for OWLF as consultants and coaches for training soldiers for fights vs Predators. But once they find out by some way the Elders arrive to Earth for hunting personally impressed by humans level of training and preparation which increases from year to year. And then Dutch and Harrigan decide to take part in this too hoping they could make the Elders sure to forget our planet as hunting grounds once and for all...

I recently found a new book “Predator: Stalking Shadows” by By: James A. Moore, Mark Morris. The book seems to tie in all the movies together and the new game that came out, you should look into it and see if it lines up with what you found from the game?

I feel like this game doing well and opening up a chance for someone to produce a film is huge now. They could take this story or something similar and run with it. Forget the last movie. Start fresh either A. After predator 2 or B start the series over.. but they better find a damn good guy to play Dutch. Perhaps make Arnold a big role like the General or some advisor with the special ops team.
