Detective Schaefer followed clues surrounding his brother Dutch's disappearance for years, until coming into contact with an alien hunter as well. The encounter left him badly beaten, but more determined ever to get answers, and eager for a re-match against the creature.

I remember reading this and Predator: Cold War when they came out back in the early 90's. I also remeber owning a graphic novel of Batman v Predator that had the whole series of books together in one, with bonus artwork and some articles written by the some of the artists, writers, and others involved with the making of such a epic crossover. I really liked the idea of the Dark Knight going toe to toe with a Predator, and I think they did a excellent job showing us what that looked like in this story. It's a good one, for sure.

What bothers me about the Predator comics especially the early ones is the writers didn't pay attention to the movies so they have them take both the skin and skulls of their prey. They skin most prey and only take the skulls of those who gave a challenge or at least had the balls to face them one on one (and usually with a bladed weapon) and those they don't skin. I really dislike how they de-cloak and take their masks off for no reason in the comics. How easily Predators are killed in the comics is irritating as well.
